I found the staff at Belle very helpful and friendly. Any queries were answered quickly and dealt with promptly.
The Apartment rental in Maroochydore was beautiful. The ocean view was amazing.

reception was great, room was so nice and the view was spectacular! would definitely stay there again, it was so beautiful. only issue was that not every room gets parking so we had to park quite far and walk.

A beautifully appointed property which was clean, spacious and had superb beds and linen. The management company were incredibly attentive for check in and ensured we arrived safely. We needed some advice on electrics and bin collection and they were incredibly responsive and friendly. Thanks!

I was super disappointed to see you…
I was super disappointed to see you charge $17 plus dollars on the bond charge of $500 (total $517+) make us pay- and then you only payback the $500 deposit. I have checked with bank to see if this is legal as you are pocketing the extra $17. Very unfair and sneaky.
On the positive side- place was great. Clean, great close spot and comfy bed . A light on at night to see where we were going would have been better as it was very dark at the back door. Thanks

Thanks for your review.
This is certainly not normal practice and I’m sure it is a mistake. Can you confirm whether it was a charge for a bond or a deposit?
For a bond payment it should be $500 however if it is a deposit to confirm your booking there would be credit card fees on top if you paid via a payment link.
I will investigate and come back to you asap.
Can you please confirm which location you stayed in and we will rectify this immediately?

Not maintained well.
Adelaide was wonderful but my stay at this property was not.
The mattress is a NIGHTMARE to sleep on; you can see the springs popping out.
The condiments were either expired or had the expiry date tampered with.
The utensils were still caked with food.
The kitchen faucet was very stiff and hard to use, the water flow rate is either very fast or too slow.
The fridge cabinet does not close and risks being walked into.
The sticky tape mounted shower rack fell to the floor, luckily no one was using at the time.

Lantern apartments - bed issues
Booked an apartment with a carpark for 2 nights but the bed in the selected apartment was awful and so were the beds in 3 other similar apartments.
One was eventually found but without a carpark. Luckily for me the building was empty and so I was able to use someone else's carpark. This would not be possible in peak season. A bed profile should be included on the website to help prospective clients.
Other than that the experience was great. Alison Cambell, who was looking after us for most of our stay did a good job and went out of her way to ensure that we could find an apartment with a suitable bed.
I've been before and I might be back again if the bed issue can be addressed.
