Very excited to get my order!! It did take a bit longer than anticipated, but CS assured me my order was on its way and answered my concerns promptly!

Impossible to return, SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT BUY FROM THEM!!
Not only they make a whole bunch of demands for a return but it cost more than what I bought so as result of it I will lose my money and toss their products in the garbage and isn’t good to even donate to homeless people. PayPal also won’t help. Be advised. I wish I have read some of these before placing my order.

I recently received my order and I just love the 3 tanks I got! They are great quality and soft material. I was hesitant to order off a Facebook ad due to previous experience with a different company but really glad I did! They were sent to me within 2 weeks too!

I have ordered some dresses from Belle Lily and they were amazing. Speedy delivery and fit very nicely. Communication with them is also great, they stay in touch with you all the time while dispatching package. I ordered this top and shoes that I have been watching on my FB feed for months. I took a chance and ordered the shirt and shoes for my trip to Chicago. The next day I got notification the order was processed and shipped! The order came quick and the they both fit true to size. I get so many compliments on them and love that the material is well made. The shirt is well made and comfortable material. I will definitely order from Belle Lily again!

I ordered from Fairyseason and I got two bathing suits a dress and a necklace. This is the second time I have ordered from them and I could not be more pleased with my purchases! Everything is great quality and fit to size. I have never ordered anything from them that I have not been happy with.

Terrible returns policy. I wanted to return items but kept getting emails offering a discount to keep them. If I didn't like them at full price I still wouldn't like them at a discounted price. I eventually felt forced to keep them with a discount as I was told the returns would be expensive as registered post to China was the only option. This was never made clear when ordering. Definitely not recommended
Update - belle lily have been in touch to offer me a further 10% discount if I delete my review. I strongly declined this.

Le guide des tailles ne correspond pas, impossible à renvoyer, certains articles sont endommagé et ils rechignent pour rembourser!!!
Ils me demandent de répondre via leur adresse mais ils m'ont bloqué je ne peux plus envoyer de mail et je n'ai toujours aucun remboursement de mes articles endommagés

Ordered a pair of slip on leopard print shoes. I was taken aback when I saw them. They were delivered in a plastic bag & were pink. When you purchase online you only have the picture supplied to go by. The shoes I saw were brown.
In hindsight maybe there was a lighting issue but it's up to the seller to display items accurately. They are poor quality but if you refer to the price it's understandable. You get what you pay for. I have dyed them to the colour I wanted & worn them & they are light & comfortable.

Belle Lily has the cutest items! I have loved everything I ordered. Even the customer service is great, I had one item with a size issue and the customer service fixed it for me and handled it professionally! I would recommend this site!

Horrible company they taut how you can return your items 100% customer guarantee we’ll yeah the customer pays for shipping and for the shipping for returns this is awful, Their clothes aren’t true to size their customer service belittled me saying they have size charts by measurements not by sizing you wear well I did use my measurements still they fit oddly. I’ve asked several times for a refund and they are trying to make me keep the items so I don’t have to pay the high return cost I thought this company was in the US why is the return fee so high. FRUAD!

I ordered a dress and top and both look lovely. True to size and good quality. Shipping was also quick. I will definitely be ordering again!
