Great options, great price

I placed an order for 3 tops on December 5th, 2023. I never received these items, were charged for them and they have not replied to multiple contact requests. Aggravating!

I like the unique items for sale. I’ve been pleased with my purchases and fast delivery.

Easy to use website. Clear photos of the products

Bunch of cheap crap. Quality is bad and all made in China it seems. Won't respond to my emails about a return. Luckily I only spent under $30. Will just take to Goodwill.

Nice clothing and easy ordering.

I ordered several pieces from this Company back in December. I STILL haven't received my items and here it is March. I will never purchase again from this company. I don't even have a a my items listed as to what I did order. Oh well. Almost $100 worth of clothing.

My experience with this company is fairly new. I do like the styles of what I was seeing and I definitely like the prices so I ordered four rompers,. Anyway, I do recommend them.

Ordered clothing & waited 2 months only for it to come. I ordered size S & it was more like size L. I have been going through a return process since then as they itially would not left me return clothing & offered me 10% back on the $500 I spent. After several weeks of going back & forth & threatening legal proceedings they agreed to let me return the package with Registered USPS Mail. Costing me $150, they also said they will be deducting there fee for postage. Now they are saying they have not received my return & are trying not to give me any money back. It was dye to there wrong sizing guide these issues happened. Never buy from here & some of the items were really bad cheap quality. This is a rip off Chinese site than can not be trusted. I have learned my lesson.

I ordered a significant amount of clothing from Belle Lilly and when I received the products, I was not pleased with the quality. Instead of using different color threads, the color patterns on the clothing looked as if they were digitally created and applied to polyester. I followed instructions on their website to email them for returns. I didn’t get a reply for 2.5 months. Then, when they replied, they instructed me to take photos of everything, including QR codes on the packaging, and send them via email (implying they didn’t believe me). It took me about an hour to take photos of the clothes and the tags, and again, it took them weeks to reply back. This time, they said it was going to cost me a lot of money to ship it back to China so they asked if I would “just keep it,” or they could just give me part of my money back. What?!?! So why did I take all that time to take pics if they weren’t going to accept the return anyway? NEVER again will I purchase from Belle Lilly. Don’t be fooled! Cheap products. Waste of time and money.

I returned something to them and they refused to get it out of customs, and it was returned back to me FIVE months later. Bellelily told me to send it again - ummm I spent $127 to have them not do their job and they are asking me to do it again? I don’t think so. I asked for a prepaid return label and of course they said no. After attempting to file a dispute with my credit card company, Bellelily said they would not work with me anymore. Then my credit card company said too much time had passed to be able to legally do anything. Bellelily is shady and has terrible business practices. Do not trust them. Also the quality of the clothing is quite subpar. Spend your money elsewhere!

This website is completely fraudulent. I bought 5 bikinis. 4 of them were supposed to have glitter on them, when I received them not even one had glitter. Not only that none of the sizing is correct I ordered small and all the bottoms are very large. I cannot wear any of them.
I messaged customer service and although their response time is fast they are useless.
They offered me first only a 20% refund then a 30% refund!
I paid 59.42. They only refunded me 10.34! How is that 30%? Say they had to subtract shipping and insurance?! I’m the one who paid for shipping and insurance! They are fake and liars not trustworthy. Save your money!

The cut of the clothes was awful. I purchased socks, they were 3 meters long and so narrow my hand could not even go in. Don't be deceive by the pictures. The 10 items I bought are good for rags and that's it.

I loved to browse and when I find what I wanted ordering and payment was really simple to do,delivery time is good you are not waiting weeks for your item ,a few days and it is delivered
