Please don’t purchase anything from this company. They say that they are a London based company who are closing down. They give the address 300 Ixford Street London this is the address of John Lewis department store and has been for over 50 yrs
They advertise speedy delivery in fact I have been waiting nearly 6 weeks and still no sign of delivery . They are infarct and Chinese sweatshop .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I bought a coat supposedly 3XL but this thing come up like a large. When I say I want to return it they said I’d be liable for costs to return to china. I said you are in the UK or that’s what it says on your front page. Took dispute to PayPal who advised me to send and write on return slip. Not only did I lose monies for a coat that was too small PayPal also had the sellers back. Be careful. Only use credit card so you can raise dispute as PayPal made me spend money and never acknowledged they messed up. Bello lux disgusting. Paypal disgusting. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS

Do not order from these people still wating for my coat ordered 23/11 /24 .Giving one reason post office delay Rubbish just con people keep away from them .

Do not go near them. My Christmas present ruined as quality is cheap and you do not get a refund for what you paid. They will not even send you a return label to send the rubbish back. They are a bunch of con rechants

If I could give them a zero I would! Do not buy from them, worst quality clothes I have seen, Christmas presents wrecked!

They are also closing down every week and then the timer restarts.

Do not buy from this company . You cannot return items easily and the costs to return are up to £35 as they come from China ! Very misleading as the advertisement looked like it was a shop in London that was having a closing down sale !! Please do t buy anything from them

China Temu website under a disguise..usual Chinese crap goods.. returns are not paid for..costing nearly £30 to send to China . Avoid Avoid Avoid .. scamming scammers.

Only 1 star because l can’t give 0 ….. A total rip off a fake store with a true address ( but the address is John Lewis Oxford Street London!!!). Goods have to be retuned to China at customers own cost. Consistent adds on Facebook. DON’T TOUCH or believe Facebook Adverts"

All from China, fake site/shop. Dreadful stuff, threads hanging off, no label no washing instructions. Far too small even though xl was ordered when I’d normally order L. Steer clear, they have not refunded me and want £60 to return at my own cost.

My father spent over £150 on this quality photographed clothes from a “closing down” London store. 5 weeks later got cheap stuff from China saying anything returned and he must pay, charge of postage to China £100. Half the clothes came in different sizes to what was ordered and was total crap

The goods were clearly not as advertised and of extremely poor quality, there is no clear way to return goods either.

Do NOT use this company. 1st jacket very small so they make you have the next size up at just the postage cost then that arrives & it’s no bigger than the first. This process takes weeks. They then further waste your time asking for photos of one on top of the other showing the sale, send these then still refuse to give a refund. Absolute rip off!

Bought a bag which fell to bits. Wpuld never ever buy from them again.

Biggest con going, clothing is nothing more than cheap rubbish, don't be filled by their fancy adds, their a complete rip off, stay well clear

If I could give no stars, I would. Scammed my pensioner mother, charged 2 jackets and mother states he only ordered one, tried to return items but it is made extremely awkward and returns have to be made to “china” warehouse at an extremely high cost. Quite unbelievable really. Avoid at all costs

I have seen all these bad reviews when I placed my orders. I was really frustrated thinking "Did I just get scammed" I waited for my package for a week and received mine with no issues at all. All my jackets and coats have no problem. The quality is actually good and as a very satisfied customer, I will definitely order again. These bad reviews might be from some Bots or Robots. Disgusting!
