A total joke! Do not purchase anything from here. Took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was dreadful. Tried to return but they make it so difficult. I have not had my money back. Will try and go via my credit card company. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Absolute nightmare trying to return an item. They keep scamming me to attempt to give me part payment refund and keep the item. I do not trust this retailer. I received a waterproof jacket and was not waterproof, threads hanging off it everywhere and the size was too small and different to uk sizing. The company keep giving excuses so as not to provide me the details for retuning the item and say the website has been renewed hence the delay in responding and attempt to ask if you want a higher percentage of refund back and do not want to offer you the full amount back and try to ask you to keep the item even when I don’t want it. I want my money back and to return the item so I can buy a better jacket that I need.

Dress did not fit, wanted to return it and unless I sent it to China and covered all the costs, was only offered 30% of original payment back. Very poor, now have a product I can’t wear and less than a third back for the payment I made. Don’t use.

Absolute scam and I wish I’d checked out these reviews before buying. I ordered online and checked out the tracking details 48hrs later. The tracking site was a phoney site that wouldn’t even let me past the human verification stage. This set alarm bells ringing and I decided to wait out the 15dats before I could report them to my cc. Lo and behold within the week I was emailed to explain they had picked up a “lack of shipping info” and would now intervene. I laughed…. Then 2 days later I receive a long drawn out email explaining how they seem to have had inconsistencies in their logistics which have impacted many of their orders. My trust is paramount to them…yadeeyadeeya…. I asked for a refund 7 days ago and have heard nothing. They are clearly a fraudulent company and I’ve reported them. Incidentally, since using Bellux, my bank have had to change my card number as someone has attempted to use the details elsewhere. Bellux is clearly a bridging site to obtain card details and sell them on.
Please DO NOT order from their site.

scam stole money

Two weeks after placing my order and I havent received it. I received an email after a couple of days from Nichole, who was going to look into the lack of a tracking number for me and get back to me. I haven't heard anything since and they haven't replied to the 3 emails I have sent them. I will ask my credit card to intervene on my behalf. I googled the coat I ordered and it appears on another 2 websites that have bad ratings too. A sophisticated scam it would appear. Stick to companies you have heard of.

I appear to have been yet another scammed customer. Ordered and received nothing. When queried I got a copy and paste stock apology regarding my order for shoes. The order was for a COAT!! If I wasn’t so out of pocket I’d laugh! Does anyone have advice as to how I can get a refund? I won’t hold my breath 😳

It's been three weeks and counting, and I'm still waiting on my order. I wish I had read these reviews before I spent my money.

I made the payment but have not received any product, tracking link says it's delivered!!! I can't reach anyone. Do not buy They are scammers.

for the third month there is no product they say the product was delivered in fact we did not receive anything by email we write the answer there is none I do not recommend buying anything from them 👎👎👎

Ordered something that was only about 60-100 quid cheaper than elsewhere, so not out of the realms of reality. Weeks passed and no shipping just empty reassurances by email, asked for a refund, was told one had been issued. Ended up chargebacking through bank.

Scam, they send a box to the town of your location to prove they have 'sent' it to your address. The parcel was 4kg and the product ordered was 60kg

This is definitely a scam website - I ordered a BBQ 2 weeks ago and nothing, now I cant log into the my account as my email address is not recognised. Have done a charge back on my credit card to get my money back.

I too have been scammed by this site. They will fob you off over a couple of emails about your goods and then close down the email address. No goods and £700 out of pocket🤬 Do not buy anything!

Complete scam. Order a GoPro last Sunday. Received an email to confirm dispatch. Hasn’t arrived. Emails and calls go unanswered. DO NOT USE!

Scam. Don’t buy

Does not appear to be a legit site. Prices are "too good" to be true. My payment went through via an Australiam website (am based in UK) and since then I can't get hold of them. I'll be raising a VISA disopute with bank after the 15 day cooling period.
Be careful

They provide tracking but after 10 days I chat with fedex and tracking is on different name/address.
Phone on website is mobile number and no auto answer even (no one pick up) no reply to emails.
If you bought something from them call your bank imidietly they will highlight transaction and if you don't recive within 10 days in uk the bank might return the money and go after this scammers

Defenitely a scam shop - please do not buy anything from here. You will def lose your money.
