Unprofessional customer service
The velvet material on the collar pulled both of our cat's fur out and they ended up with a bald neck. I enquired with the company about exchanging them for cotton ones but the customer service rep was unprofessional and quite rude. Eventually we got our money back from PayPal as bells and whiskers refused to address the issue.

Pretty but impractical
I love the pattern on the collar but it doesn't stay at the adjusted size so keeps expanding and, yesterday, my dog slipped her head through it and ran off. A cosmetic rather than practical product - but it does look lovely on my dog.

As always the collars made for my little dog are fabulous, she has several,of them and people always comment how lovely they are and will be back for more.
When I initially tried to make contact by phone, I rang twice, left messages but my calls were never returned, I also sent an email and again went unanswered so I tried again and I got a response and proceeded with my purchases, probably just a technical hiccup, they happen and as I said I’ll return for more purchases

Amazing quality and very pretty
My cat kept scratching and destroying all his previous collars so I was looking for a collar that was soft but sturdy. He started wearing this and stopped scratching immediately, I was so happy! I bought it in January and now it’s September and it’s still in pristine condition, also looks very pretty! I removed the bell and star as I needed to put an RFID tag instead. I’ll definitely buy again from this shop!!
