Purchased a grooming jacket
Purchased a grooming jacket. It didn't arrive for several weeks. When it did arrive, I had to pay an additional £3.50 because Clipit Grooming hadn't paid enough postage. I informed them of what happened and they weren't interested.

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry for the frustration caused here—we completely understand how disappointing it is to be asked to pay an additional charge after already covering delivery.
We can confirm that your order was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48™, and the correct postage was paid at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately, in rare cases, Royal Mail can apply additional charges within their network due to processing discrepancies, which is outside of our control.
That said, this isn’t the experience we want for any of our customers.
As you’ve already paid the £3.50 to receive your parcel, we will of course reimburse you in full.
We’re also in the process with raising this with Royal Mail to understand exactly what’s happened and help prevent it from occurring again.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent shampoo which has improved my life as a dog groomer no end. It cleans and prepares the coat beautifully and cuts down on drying time which is a complete game changer.
Clipper servicing and blade sharpening also Excellent and great value for money. But my favourite thing is that I can pick up the phone and ask clipit for advice or help and I am never disappointed. Customer service is second to none which is a rare quality in any business these days. Thank you Clipit 😊

After being in the dog grooming business for twenty years or so this is the absolute best grooming suit I have ever found it is completely hair resistant and super comfortable protecting you from being itchy and it looks professional too!
