The Cantilevered Parasol from Belveo is a triumph in design and functionality. Enduring our hill's frequent winds, it remains steadfast, offering peace of mind with no risk to our kid's safety. It arrived with a slight transit blemish on the base, but Belveo's customer service team quickly rectified it. I contemplated cheaper options from B&Q and similar outlets, but I'm delighted that I opted for Belveo. The superior quality and ease of use have transformed our outdoor space into a year-round haven, irrespective of wind or rain. Heartily recommended for those seeking an upgrade in their outdoor experience!

Albert responded so quickly, gave lots of great advise and we got them delivered a week later. Would recommend 100% - Great customer service and really impressed with the parasols!

Delivered on time very well made and easy to erect

I had to send my patio base back. A lady called Louise kept in contact with me by email and phone, kept me up to date until I got a replacement. All I need now is some good weather so I can use my mistral parasol. Thank you Louise keep up the good work.

We bought this because we are in a windy area & so far the product is living up to its promises - which is the most important thing. Because it is designed to "move with the wind", there is probably more movement with low winds than would otherwise be the case. This was disconcerting at first but we notice it less as we come to trust the product more.
We bought the 4*3m cantilever parasol with mobile base. Once filled the base is very heavy and difficult (but not impossible) to move ... a necessary compromise to ensure sufficient ballast.
Most disappointing thing was the instructions, which were very poor. The company acknowledges this. The product itself isn't difficult to put together, but it was confusing to receive components that weren't needed and instructions that didn't take account of our parasol/base combination.
Louise at Belveo couldn't have been more helpful and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. There seem to be some teething problems as they introduce the product into the UK (e.g. receiving emails in French) but overall very pleased with the quality of the product.

There was a problem wirh delivery company which was sorted out quickly and we received our parasol.

The parasol parcel is very long (c9 feet high) and heavy….!
We have a 4 piece base from the previous parasol but the Belveo ‘X’-shaped stand didn’t fit it — so I ordered their mobile ‘Ponant’ base (also very heavy). I expected the ‘X’-shaped parasol stand to sit within the Ponant base but it doesn’t… The ‘X’ base needs to be discarded and the parasol bolts directly onto the metal disc on the surface of the Ponant itself which is filled with water in a number of inner compartments. (This should be clearer). The wheels can be individually adjusted which was helpful as our patio isn’t flat anywhere..! My impression is that the wheels are used to stabilise the base and only adjusted as & when you wish to move it. We have only used the parasol once since it was assembled. When the wind disturbs it the parasol cleverly reduces its tension with secondary flat flexible spokes bending upwards.

Great product and excellent communication

Really nice product and delivered promptly. There were some delivery delays but this was not the fault of Belveo. The communication and resolution was quick and very professional.

I don't normally do product reviews so here goes. Ordering was easy and they had stock so no wait times. Delivery was efficient and timely. Constructing the parasol took about 45 mins end to end and does require 2 at some point. At that point we discovered a leak with one of the base units. Contacted Belveo support and their friendly team sorted out a replacement quick smart. I can't fault Belveo and for me it's always about the after sales support when things go wrong. Additionally to this I like the fact that you can get replacements and it's designed to not break.

The Belveo Parasol is excellent, although we needed professional help to erect it properly.
Further, the sheet itself had a small tear, but Belveo have offered to provide us with a new sheet.
