After six years of various insurance providers and brokers since coming back to biking, I moved to beMoto. What a refreshing change! The service is exemplary and no charge for updates is most welcome. My most recent change of collection date for my new bike was handled professionally by Manny, with clear communication and.....no charge for the service.

Just renewed my insurance with BeMoto. So far, guys have really good insurance coverage. It is reasonable. Manne was very polite and friendly. He knew what he's talking about, and the voice was really reassuring that the guy knows what he's doing.

Overall, my experience so far with various agents has been great. They're quick to answer the call even though your prerecording is a little long and won't recognise me pressing 1 from the beginning... that's an easy fix if you talk to your comms technicians. But compared to other insurers where you cant even chat with a person I am very happy with BeMoto

When I bought my insurance this year I was mislead by / misunderstood a call centre operative (whom has now left) that I could simply extend my estimated / actual mileage by paying an additional insurance fee without an amendment fee. This turned out not to be the case as I was already very close to the maximum allowed by the particular underwriter (9999 miles) as I had been to Nordkapp, Spain and Portugal as well as some UK trips. I was therefore in a bit of a quandary with a trip planned this week and, being open and honest with insurers is clearly very important.

Connor was extremely helpful during 2 calls, cancelled my current policy and set up another policy, removing the cancellation fee as I was probably misinformed when buying my first policy.

Everyone I have dealt with at Bemoto has been very courteous but Connor went above and beyond to sort out my / our problem.

Changed my Bike and BeMoto couldn't have been more helpful.
In my case there was no admin fee either.
I will renew with them in due course and highly recommend. A+++

I phoned up to add a second motorcycle to my existing policy. A pleasant gentleman named Manny took the call and walked me through the process and 15 minutes later it's all sorted.
Nice and easy process and cheaper than expected too.
