Great experience with Berrrynova!
The products I ordered (two t-shirts) are nice. The shirts themselves are good quality, and the print looks great (so far, haha). Shipping was pretty efficient. Left China on the 8th and I’ve had the package in hand by the 12th in Romania. 4 days (of which 2 were spent in Romania) for something coming from another continent is amazing—especially since the biggest delay is usually the seller handover to shipping partner, which happened in ~6 hours in my case, so big up for that proactive effort from the seller.

Second time purchasing from here and they have been great. Truly enjoy and appreciate the niche products they create and I’ve received them all with no issues in quality, delivery, or customer service. Look forward to seeing what they cook up next

Pleasure to do business with

Ordered three t-shirts. Material is good but the picture was very poor quality and was not visible. Company asked for pictures and various details then replied saying I’d have to pay to send the T-shirt back to china to get a refund and instead offered my 5 gbp of my next order .. for poor quality products. Avoid or keep your finger crossed product looks like the advertised picture.

Avoid. If I could give them zero stars I would. The product was delivered after several weeks but left in an unauthorised unsafe place and as such was stolen. The supplier then refused to follow their own complaints process or indeed failed in their own obligations under law and resolve the situation. Eventually I escalated via my payment provider who found in my favour and credit me back my money. Avoid.

At first worried a scam,took a chance but it is absolutely not. Ordered 2 sweatshirts, were delivered and fabulous quality, great design (football nufc related print). Have since ordered another. Company does reply if you have any queries and respond very well to help needed. Would recommend Berrynova. Happy Customer.

All good. I ordered a shirt and forgot about it. After 2 weeks I became sceptical and then came here to read reviews. Then I wrote off any hope I would ever receive it. But then 2 days later my shirt arrived and was honestly better than I expected. Decent firm material and the print is in very good detail. I don't know what went wrong with the others but since the shirts are sent from China the package were probaly just stopped at customs and with no tracking small things like this can easily be lost and forgotten. My experience was better than I hoped.

Made my order close to a month ago. Tracking hasn't moved or updated. No response. Likely scam

pretty sure this is a scam or they have worst/slowest delivery/customer service in history. Do not give them your money. Shame on Instagram for letting them advertise.
