I'll be honest, we were disappointed by the fact that the prom dress we ordered wouldn't be shipped in time. It was a beautiful dress!
But, once it was discovered that we wouldn't get it, customer service was excellent in cancelling our order and refunding my money.

I had an associate named Tiki who made my experience go so smoothly! She was very quick to respond to my emails as well as keep me up to date on all the events of my dress order. I ordered a dress and it was almost $200 and it looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture. It felt like it was made from shein and the sequin was falling off. I had to pay $20 to even return it, and they said they're only going to return $120 out of the money I spent on this dress. It's been a month and my money never got refunded. They scammed me so bad, and Joyce has the audacity to ask for a name shout out but the whole company has been useless and scams people of their money. I won't stop letting people know how Berlinnova is such a scam until I get my money back.

I would put zero if that were an option. This company is a scam. Do not trust them!!! They will say you have 3-5 day shipping time then say it takes 12-15 business days to process. Then, you only get 50% refund if not cancelled within 24 hours. They completely ripped me off and now my daughter does not have a dress for homecoming. Customer service was very rude saying it was my fault for not reading fine print. I’ve looked all over the order and it is no where on there. They purposefully make it hard to find. Horrible company!!!
In response to their reply, the shipping time is not clear. It does say 12-15 days tailoring time which if you are not customizing a dress then why should it take that long? If you offer expedited shipping then the item should arrive in that time frame. This is not emphasized when you order and it clearly makes you think you will get it in 3-5 days. Also, why only give back 50%? If it takes 12-15 business days for “tailoring” then why can’t I get a refund after only 3 business days. This is a SCAM!!!
Also, as you can see, there is no apology. It is a trick and they offer no compromise. I am a frequent online shopper and this is the worst company policy I’ve ever seen or customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Avoid this site
They will allow you to pay almost $40 in shipping to expedite something but what you're expediting is the dress leaving their store.....NOT the shipping time. Dress had no chance of arriving and there was no date suggested at purchase. They do not answer emails and the live chat attendant offered a partial refund after only three days. This site is an absolute no......they appeal to teens in their search for dresses for school dances.

Do not purchase from this company unless you are prepared for poor customer service. Always demand real photos of the exact item they will ship, because what you see advertised may not be what you receive.
In my case, I ordered a prom dress for $140. When it arrived, it was not what I expected. I opened the package, saw the dress, and immediately put it back because it was not to my satisfaction. I requested a refund.
Instead of honoring it, they offered me $10 to keep the dress. When I refused, they increased it to $32. How does that compare to the $140 I spent? Completely unacceptable.
This company is ridiculous. They do not stand behind their products, and they clearly do not value their customers.
❌ I would never, ever order from here again.
❌ Be very, very careful before you spend your money.

I gave 3 stars because it was very difficult to return the dress we ordered and I had to keep pushing for a refund.
The dress itself was beautiful, however, not exactly what my daughter wanted, hence the return. The email address on the website is not the actual email address for returns. I got that from PayPal when I opened an investigation. Having to take pictures of the return package and reset is also over the top but it's required so I did it.

I bought a dress, returned it due to the bust area not fitting correctly. I followed all of the return instructions, emailed a picture of the package along with a receipt from UPS (which cost be an extra $23) I shipped the dress back 10/29/24 and was notified that they received it. It is 5/16/25 and I still haven’t received my refund. I have emailed monthly and keep getting the run around. BUYER BEWARE! I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. My 16yo daughter ordered this dress on her own with her own money for her Junior Prom. She was very excited for this dress. The shipping info is confusing and in very small print. I went through the order process on my own to test and it's not very clear AT ALL. Her dress was ordered ($177) on April 10th and it's now May 8th and we still have not gotten the dress or even a tracking number... I requested a refund a week after ordering because I realized it would not come in time. Per their policy they only offer a refund for shipping fees after 120 hours(?). After some push back they offered to "only charge me $100" for the dress that has not been sent yet. I said please just send the dress if we can't get a refund. This was on April 23rd. They also take at least a full day to reply. This is the worst customer service I've ever received from a company. The person emailing me was very condescending, snippy and rude. I will NEVER do business with them again. I noticed that most of the positive reviews on here are fake. You can tell because they placed the order number right after every single positive review. Kinda obvious. After googling the dress I also realized these are just replicated dresses from actual designers. If you choose to do busines with this company be very mindfull to locate all of the fine print.
UPDATE: I will not be responding. The customer service I received was terrible. The inability to offer a refund for a dress that wasn’t shipped yet was questionable. The dress finally arrived and it’s awful. Not at all like the photo. The photo I found out was taken from the real designer of that dress.
