The soup varieities I ordered were delicious (low in salt which I loved even more)! Each serving came frozen and packaged in a way that made it easy for me to just toss right into my freezer, and pull out one serving at a time when I needed it. Personally, I loved having this soup for a "late night snack" while working! They were sold out of the Butternut Squash which I definitely intend getting with my next order.
Highly recommend!!! 5-Star!!

Soups are consistently great, not an easy task with fresh ingredients. Orders go out quick and are shipped in proper packaging. Owner has reached out to thank us which is always a nice touch. Newly introduced gravy's and sauces are a welcomed addition, keep up the great cooking!

I ordered soup for my cousin who was having surgery. I was told it would go out today shipping frozen two weeks later she still didn’t have it and the man said he would send it out the next week and he didn’t. and the week after that he sent it and it was six days ground from New York to Mississippi. It got there, and it was literally hot. I warned him that I saw the day that it got shipped that it said ground and that it was taking six days and he said oh no, it’ll be there tomorrow he lied so when my cousin got it and it was hot, she contacted them and they said they’d send out a new batch immediately and it would be there overnight. It is now a month and a week from her surgery a month from ordering and they are not responding to my emails my texts or my phone calls. It was over $100 order and I’m gonna have to go through the work of contacting my credit card company to get the money back because they are not in communication with me they know what they did wrong.

2nd year we have ordered for Christmas gifts to our families up north who don't get out much because of the weather. Customer service is great.

I send this soup as gifts to friends recovering from surgery, to new parents and and as Holiday thank you gifts. The recipients always make a point of telling me how much they love the gift of Bes 'Dam Soup gifts.

The soups are delicious, nutritious and so easy to fix for a quick and healthy dinner. Shipping was fast and easy. The first rate customer service is excellent as well. Will definitely be making many more purchases! I highly recommend!

Amazing soup, easy to prepare & delicious!

I tried every flavor, some more than once, and each one was delicious. I absolutely loved the Butternut Squash/Cranberries!! It's flavor was warm and cozy, perfect for a cold day. The Lobster Bisque was another tried twice, the second time I put in some extra lobster meat. Don't wait for a wedding to try the Italian Wedding soup. Feeling under the weather, or not, the Chicken Noodle is packed with delicious chicken and perfect noodles. I'm a southerner but that Yankee Mushroom soup is worth crossing the Mason-Dixon! Being a southerner I can verify that the Pulled Pork Chili is spectacular!! The Tuscan White Bean is nice and thick and full of beans.

My order came in no time! The soups taste so fresh, they are perfect to have after a long day, especially in this colder weather. My personal favorite is the butternut squash!

I have been a customer for many years. I often choose to give different items as gifts and they are always a big hit. Recently I purchased several different products for myself and I could not be happier. Everything is tasty and simple to prepare. Kids especially love all the different choices!

Crickets on communication! No order confirmation, no email….just crickets…oh but they sure got their money! When is someone going to call or email me?? Order is too late for the person intended and no way to cancel???? Order was placed on Dec. 8th and delivery was supposed to be the following Monday or Tuesday??? Update!!!! Owner reached out personally and called me ….on a Sunday!! Impressive I must say! We worked things out and I get as an owner how hard it is to let others be responsible for aspects of your business, I could really tell he Loves his Company and believes whole-heartedly in what he sells! I most certainly gave him another go and will post when I get the taste test from the recipient of this gift. Stay tuned…..

Christmas preparation and planning are enough stress without having to endure set backs, like constantly checking on old orders. You personally placed my order on Dec, 3rd and it was to ship last week and did not. I spoke to you again this past weekend and again, you promised to send me a tracking number. I can't keep sweating this gift being sent.

I just read the reviews online and one would think that the ball would be moving smoothly by now. I need my order shipped today, with no more excuses or broken promises or I will have to scramble last minute to find another thoughtful gift and going through my bank.

I bought the soup for my son because he’s not big on cooking for himself. He says we need to buy a crate of the lobster bisque it is so delicious and “best he’s ever had!” I thought you’d be happy to hear this. He’s pretty picky about things so I was elated to hear he was so happy I ordered your soups. Bes’Damsoup is the perfect description for your business, obviously!

So delicious!! My family loves this soup and I even had some mailed to my grandma. I can’t wait to try new flavors when they come out. Great customer service too! Also, I noticed a one star review by someone on here and just was curious as to what they said ..lol it must have been their competition because it’s a false review if you read the company’s response. Also want to note that this got to my grandma literally within a couple days of me ordering.

I ordered five different soups and received my shipment in three days!! I loved each one; my absolute favorite was the lobster bisque. I even got to speak with Ed personally to share my opinion on the soup and my order experience.
