Andrew sneap was efficient and courteous. I was very happy with his work.

Attentive , helpful , polite

Very polite and helpful engineer above and beyond his job. We are elderly and he was extremely helpful fitting a box on a plug for us and telling us he will report all the mould in our home that have been reported several times to Clarion. Not often you get someone so helpful.

Andrew arrived on time (this was important because I run medical equipment requiring an electricity supply twenty hours a day) and knew to run the tests he would need to turn switches off.
I hardly noticed he was here. He couldn't have been more helpful whilst working quietly and cleanly.
