THEY DISABLED MY ACCOUNT WITH NO EXPLANATION. IVE SENT OVER 10 EMAILS ASKING FOR AN EXPLANATION WITH NO REPLY. THEY HAVE KEPT MY FUNDS (£200) WHICH I DEPOSITED THE DAY BEFORE. IN ALL MY TIME USING BETTING APPS IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY, ITS DISGRACEFUL.THEY HAVE BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY.

I have deposit £500 and wanted to withdraw £1000 out of £1801. I have received an email that my £1000 is in review and might need documents to provide. On top of that the charge £5 fee for withdraw. The next day I received an email that I have withdrawn £1801 ???? And I have received email for documents I need to provide to withdraw double on my winning. On top of that when I enter my account I have in the full amount of £1801 while 24 hours ago there was 0 . That company is disgusting and I will take legal action if they keep playing with me. I suggest everyone that feel offended to take action. What that company do is illegal!!!

After reading the comments I was worried I would have trouble withdrawing.
I opened my account and made £170 profit on 3 card brag within 30 minutes I was really pleased son decided to cash out.
I cashed out at 1911hrs on Friday evening and got the cash Saturday morning around 0930hrs.
I did not have to upload any documents.
It would of been 5 stars but they took a little commission which i have never encountered on a betting site before

Yet another horrible experience, do not sign up. Deposit no problem but trying to withdraw they instantly put on pending and your account limited. Asking for tones of documents to verify you, which are never enough/ clear/ have all info on. I am now concerned about the data i gave them incluphoto of me(!!!) holding my catd and id. Absolute joke thst should have been a red flag for me. Customer service not so nice when you want your money back, gal name OLIVIA disconnected when i started adking questions about my money. I just put the money in yesterday. and lost 70 pounds.Today I want to cash out .but it stop me to withdraw from my account.

Very poor no cash out facility on bets of any type Acca”s etc….when I asked they said it was pot luck (there words) if a bet had cash out or not!! Don’t waste your money

Do not use, tried to place a bet I then go an error message so I tried again twice more trying to place the bet, I still got the error message I then log back into my account seeing the bet has been placed 3 times

Never read so much pish in my life on here, deposited a small amount until I verified my account, used apple day for deposit and withdrawal 20 mins the longest I’ve waited in a week for 3 figures.

Deposited £200 instantly approved to bet. However restricted to £100 or less on any of my intended bets. Kept redirecting me to Greyhound racing and American races. Frustrated decided to withdraw my £200 balance to be informed would be charged £1 for the pleasure of doing nothing and transaction could take 24 hours or longer if verifications aren’t completed.
Didn’t say couldn’t bet until verifications sanctioned. Funny that???
As soon as £199 returns to bank account my account with Bet442 will be closed guaranteed.

I placed my first bet today—staked £20 and won £70. My account is fully verified. Not only did they charge me just to make a withdrawal, but hours later it’s still showing as “pending.” Obviously, no bookie likes paying out £70 on your first bet, but this is just ridiculous. Support is really slow to respond and completely unhelpful when they finally do reply. I’d avoid this site and stick to the bigger, trusted platforms.

I think they need to improve the software they use.Live betting it's a challenge often.The accreditation time of winning bets takes too long compared to other sites and yes they take their time (within 24hours) to transfer the money withdrawn.I had similar problems with 888 but now they are very good.

Another scam website in the guise of bet442 from parent company AG Communications. I qualified for a free bet to be told by live chat that I hadn’t opted in and as a result would not receive it, well I know I opted in as free bets are the only reason I use their crappy website. Avoid!

I won £100 over a month ago and still haven’t paid out!!!excuse after excuse after excuse clearly have no intention to pay!submitted all documents required when I won yet didn’t ask for anything when I’d deposited £50!happy to take your money but will not pay out!when they confirmed they had sent my payment to my account they have sent the funds to a completely different account number and sort code which isn’t mine it doesn’t even belong to the same bank as mine!!I have told them this and they’re telling me to go to my bank and get a letter stating the funds haven’t been received although iv provided them with bank statements to prove iv not received it!now all I’m getting is were looking into it!!!its gone silent funnily enough!the reviews you read in here that are bad are the real ones any decent ones are probably posted by employees!they are a bunch of crooks how they are allowed a gambling licence I do not know!if anyone knows of anywhere to complain about them please advise as iv tried to raise a complaint to get a complaint reference to go to IBAS to complain but bet442 refuse to even raise a complaint!

I was skeptical after reading the comments after I made my withdrawal. However just recieved my withdrawal this morning. I will continue to play here.

First time i used this site, and after i submitted 2 withdrawals, i read all the negative reviews, and got a bit worried, but i can confirm I received both of them within 24 hours, which is a bit longer, than most sites, but it was on a weekend as well, so i’m not mad about it. I had no issues with customer service, they were quick and helpful. The site itself is pretty basic, and you can’t play sidebets on the blackjack tables, which is not so good, but overall decent experience.

They try every trick in the book to keep your funds, absolute joke of a site, stay clear at all cost..

Firstly, these crooks will charge you to withdraw your own money. Secondly, a week after providing all relevant information and uploading all documents and the withdrawal is still listed as 'pending'. Customer services is about as useful as a straw hat in a monsoon, but when everyone and his dog are lodging complaints then I suppose it is a thankless task.

Sort it out you chancers, you're an embarrassment.
