I have been using Better Impact for over 10 years and it is comprehensive and user-friendly. I find it easy to find volunteers and filter activities and shifts.

Better Impact is a wonderful tool for our organization! We are able to organize our volunteers within hospice, but also at our resale shoppe. Most importantly, it's very user-friendly for our volunteers.

Very happy with Better Impact. While we are still learning, the options available for both coordinators and volunteers is exceptional. We have also launched Member Impact and finding this works well as a database for recording the liaisons community work. The prompt feedback by both Andy and the 'chat' team is appreciated.

As the only paid volunteer coordinator for a large school district, I worked with a team of parent volunteer leaders to review and make recommendations for a volunteer management software. For many reasons, of the programs we reviewed, it became very clear early in the process that Better Impact was the best option. The Enterprise version allows for centralized tracking, reporting and management of volunteers across the system. All while each school, as an organization within the Enterprise, remains unique in their programing and activates.

Five years in, I am still very happy to be working with Better Impact. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service and tech support!

I really like Better Impact for the most part. There are a few quirky things that I wish were more customizable and the text message part needs work to really be effective. But it is awesome for scheduling, tracking time given, tracking awards, creating and accepting applications, and archiving volunteer information. The good things definitely outweigh the quirks.

Better Impact is a good system for managing volunteers. There are many features that can help an organization manage all aspects of a volunteer program. I appreciate that Better Impact is constantly evolving and improving functionality.

Better Impact is a great system, with regular enhancements. I love the new feature of going back and viewing recent pages - its a great time saver (and helps with back tracking when you get distracted with the norm day to day interruptions).

There are plenty of features to use and it's very interactive and user friendly. I would recommend any/ every organisation to use it, especially those in my organisation right now who do not know what they're missing out on.

They are always looking to improve the software with updates coming out on the regular. We have 550 regular volunteers and this has made recruitment, data administration, training and scheduling a breeze!

The Better Impact system is a very helpful and seamless system for volunteers to log their hours, undertake learning modules, review any actions needed to be carried out on their part and much more. The configuration of these functionalities for administrators is made a lot easier through the help of the very friendly support staff and training videos!

I have been in the software business since its beginning as a salesman, manager, sales manager, owner and consultant. I have worked with many different kinds of application software and with a ton of companies. I would rank Better Impact as number 1 of all of them - for their wonderful software for volunteers and the outstanding service.
I can't say enough about the flexibility of the software and with flexibility comes complexity. While there are great videos, I have been stuck and had to use chat support (the best way to go - they will call you if you need it). I have never been told "it's in the videos" nor have I been denied any assistance. You can't do any better than that.

The new user interface took a bit to learn, and as someone who used to implement software for others, I have learned that a small learning curve is normal.

I've been a volunteer coordinator for almost 12 years and have used several different programs to manage our team's information. Better Impact is by far the best. The responsiveness and helpfulness of their team is reason enough to recommend this software, but not the only reason I love it. It's intuitive and user-friendly for both admins and volunteers, easy to track changes and updates, customizable to our organization, has robust help options, is competitively priced, has regular updates where they actually integrate customer suggestions, and so much more. I would highly recommend it.

I have utilized Better Impact in multiple organizations I have worked/volunteered at. It is definitely top-tier when in comes to volunteer management software and is highly beneficial to being able to effectively and efficiently manage volunteer programs - of upwards of 400+ individuals!
