Trying to set up for our charity. I found the tutorial videos excellent but, inevitably, there are problems with our unique situation that don't seem to fit the standard approach. Shannon on the chat was very knowledgeable and sympathetic and, after a bit of discussion, helped me find the solution.
They're really good.

Been using Better Impact since 2009 and can say that it has revolutionized volunteer management practices of recruitment, engagement, retention and recognition - allowing our organization to pivot to ever changing needs of the communities we serve. Excellent software that seems to stay in pace with current trends in volunteerism in 2022 and staff support are amazing when we needed.

At Anova we switched to Better Impact a couple years ago and I cannot say enough about the software. It has saved our agency lots of time so we can focus on the support work we do, it offers flexibility for the agency and the volunteers alike. They really care about their customers and are easy to reach to answer questions and troubleshoot (usually with a simple answer.) They communicate and facilitate the connection we crave for all our volunteers. We have many locations and many positions requiring different amounts of training and Better Impacts helps you organize all those things. Check it out, you will NOT be disappointed.

I've used Better Impact for about 4 years and found it an exceptional program which has met the needs of the organisation I volunteer for. It is easy to use, has help videos, files and a chat feature to assist with training. Always being improved for functionality, look and feel.

We really enjoy Better Impact. It does most of what we need from a program like this, and we are still finding more and more ways that BI can help improve our volunteer management. There are some bugs that require a lot of time to figure out, but there are some great resources put out by BI for when you run into issues.

I've used Better Impact for about 4 years now across two vastly different Volunteer involving organisations. It is an exceptional program which has met the needs of highly experienced volunteer managers who want to get the most out of their volunteers in terms of supporting and serving our organisations and the best for our volunteers in terms of valuing their time, energy and commitment. It is logical and easy to use. It allows for easy customization for a wide range of organisations. The help videos, files and chat are a fantastic resource for training and they way they have improved the look and feel of the software has made it even more attractive. I wish more business applications were as well thought out and easy to use as this one, as it makes working in volunteer management so much more satisfying.

I did a lot of research before choosing Better Impact for our Humane Society. I couldn't be happier! It is a powerful system that does everything I need it to do. It is easy to use and intuitive. The customer service is wonderful! I highly recommend Better Impact!

Better Impact is so helpful with scheduling volunteers, reporting statistics, creating e-learning modules for volunteers, communicating with volunteers and so much more. I couldn't do my job without it!

I'm new to an organization that has been using BetterImpact for 7 years. I've worked on a number of CRM and scheduling systems in previous companies, but this has been my best experience. The interface is intuitive for admins and volunteers, and the chat support folks are incredibly helpful. I'm so glad to have joined an organization that has this in place -- would recommend!

This software program has helped so much over the past year! We've had Better Impact for a year now and its truly such a magnificent system! Everyone here at the center is super happy with the volunteer and client portals. The QR Timeclock system feels innovated and up to date with times! The background check partnership is amazing and had previously been using for years. I'm so appreciative with the online chat systems and have always had my questions answered.

I absolutely LOVE the ability to chat with the staff for immediate help. It helps tremendously that I am able to print out the answers from the links sent and file them away for future use. BEST IDEA EVER!!!!

Better Impact has changed the way my organization manages our volunteers! Before Better Impact, we were using spreadsheets and keeping information in email messages - a system I would never recommend. Better Impact has truly made us an established, organized, and legitimate volunteer program and I don't have enough positive words to say. We operate a network of charter schools for kids with and without disabilities. This includes 8 schools and over 500 volunteer opportunities weekly. Better Impact has made that not only manageable, but also fun!

Better Impact has been a game changer! We've used Better Impact for our volunteer program for over a decade now. It is easy to use, has great support, and is easily customizable to our needs. If there is something we want to do, there is usually a work around that makes it possible if not a direct feature. Support is very responsive and provides help immediately.

Before Better Impact we used to do all the scheduling by hand, best decision we made was to purchase Better Impact to help us. Our volunteers have given us great feedback as is easy to use, it has also made it easier on them to sign up and/or cancel shifts. I personally like the features we can add for example the badges (years, hours, completing training). Another great thing is volunteers being able to do all training online. Also, being able to send emails, specially at this time when restrictions and policies are constantly changing due to COVID.

Volunteer Impact has been a game changer for us the last five years. Our volunteer coordinator can spend time on cultivating community relationships and less time on paperwork. Thank you!

Better Impact is a life saver. This software has changed the way we onboard and schedule new volunteers and has made my job MUCH easier. It's user friendly and my tech savvy volunteers love it. The only thing I might change would be to have more reports showing data show by show instead of by hours logged, as I don't use that feature for our company. Besides that, I'll give Better Impact a BIG Thumbs up!

I wish to thank the BI team for making recent changes to the Home Screen Dashboard, where we can now click on all statuses and it brings up a list of volunteers. A game changer and less frustration with that page.
