With lots of LLC options on the internet, I found BetterLegal to be super easy to use, fast and economical. In addition, the option to add vetted services like banking and taxes is helpful.

Relatively simple to follow and easy to understand. I encountered a minor issue, got on live chat and was able to resolve immediately. Received confirmation within minutes, received package a day later and was kept informed of next steps. Highly recommend the service provided!

Really was happy with the service, simple, efficient and well priced compared to competitors. Love to know that everything is able to be opted into, and that we can maintain our own filing or have the assistance of betterlegal. The only thing that made it lose a star was that for our registered agents here in GA we need an email address for the agent. BetterLegal didn't provide this. I took an educated guess as to what email address to use, but hopefully this isn't a future issue.

I compared BetterLegal's process for filling a LLC with that of the state website. BetterLegal's process was smoother. I choose BetterLegal's system because it offered more information and suggestions of partnerships with other companies for other probable needs.

Quick and easy! Customer Service was great, when we had questions we got quick and informative responses. Really like the informational videos that are sent on various topics pertaining to the LLC and how to properly set it up.

Setting up my LLC was very simple and easy. No confusion at all. Everything was sent to my email so I can never loose any documentation. Also they communicated very well. You definitely should start with them. I highly recommend for anyone new starting out with a business.

There was confusion on filing fees and Better Legal Fees. I understood it to be only one fee of $300.

SCAM!

I've paid 300$ to open an LLC and get an EIN number.
After more than 6 months, I haven't received it.
BetterLegal did not answer my last emails.
Massive loss of time, and money.
My LLC is useless if I can't get an EIN number.

There are way better services out there.
Just don't bother yourself with them.

Should have done it sooner. Better legal makes it so simple and straightforward the only thing you will wonder is how come you didn’t do it sooner.
