Paid $799 on April 14 to close my LLC and am still waiting for Someone from LegalZoom to call me. This company sucks! Give me my money back!

It sounded like I was talking to an overseas call center in India. I could hardly understand a word she was saying, so I'm not extremely confident that things are going to get filed smoothly.

Legal Zoom did fantastic on the legal side. Prompt and accurate. Only issue is with their partner 1800accountant whose service was absolutely horrid.

They walked me through it step by step and explained every single thing with ease I don't know how I did it I've been waiting my whole life now at 36 I'm starting a business thank you legal zoom

LegalZoom opened my LLC for free, and very quickly. So they get 2 stars for that. After that, I have pretty bad experience with them.
Phone call #1: The guy called to sell me a business mailbox, and told me that if I wont be at home from 9-5 i will lose my business (Lie, its a bit more complicated than that). He led with 'I'm just reviewing your forms before we submit' after I got a confirmation the LLC was already submitted.

Phone call #2: Legal consultation. The guy was not trying to sell me anything, but gave me wrong information than the government website.

Phone call #3: 'Tax consultation' straight up lies: She said that I get double taxed as a 'disregarded entity' (not true). Also said that money that I put into my bank account as owner contribution is also considered taxable income. (Also a lie)
Free consultations are meant to encourage you to purchase additional services - I will absolutely not do that if the consultant I'm talking to is lying to me.
