Withdrawal issues and lack of customer support
The casino site doesn’t have a contact us page that works , had my withdrawals rejected even though I verified the relevant things. Contacted them through email today but no answer yet. As of yet I would not recommend betti1 but depending on getting a processed withdraw of 254 euros that might change . Service really needs to be improved

Been a customer for a while. Good range if games, payout time is much longer than other casinos and there customer support could be better.
I made a deposit via my usual method 3 days ago. The funds were removed from my account, transaction showed as successful but the funds still have'nt been credited. Live chat absolutely useless. Provided screenshots showing the funds left my account then receive the same generic response, we have notified the relevant team and marked as urgent so you will receive a response within a few hours. 3 days now and nothing!!!

12 Months No Issues
I have been playing on this site for 12 months and have had no issues. So long as you do all the verification before trying to withdraw you will have no issues. Withdrawal times have also improved and are now in my account within 24-36 hours. Only dissapointment is recently most of the games I like from BTG and Evolution have vanished off the site. Hopefully they will return soon then I would give 5 stars. BTG and Evolution have now returned so 5 stars given.

Please avoid this at casino at all costs, they are unregulated. They use third party processors to process their payments which go against all mastercard rules and regulations.
I have asked for a refund as they have treated me fraudulently, and they have refused.

I felt this was totally unsafe. I told them this and then they stopped responding to me. I have now been blocked from playing anything but slots and i have been blocked from customer support. Scammers please avoid
Open this account a few months ago. Was fully verified. Won some money & withdrawal process was painless.
Then last week won €440 . Tried to withdrawal but refused on numerous occasions as they said the account wasn’t verified.
The only difference was I used an old bank account which has £25 in so deposited it.
They asked for a picture of card I no longer have. Stumbling point no 1.
Then asked for proof of deposit on Apple Pay. Sent the screenshot in and was declined on numerous occasions. Say wrong account. Asked for a bank statement again refused.
I just give up in the end and gambled away my winnings just to get rid of the account.
Without doubt worst casino I’ve ever used.

Had a few withdrawals, now last week 4 of my deposits didn't go through, in my account it says that my deposits are "abandoned" I emailed support last week on the day it happened and they emailed back saying that they would be back In my bank account within 3 banking days, today is the third day and no funds have arrived back Into my bank, around £200 worth, today I emailed support and now they want to see my bank statements for last week? In my account history next to these deposits you can clearly see that it says abandoned next to them, so why do you need to see my bank statements? I can't believe it after been told loads of different things, really upsetting, thanks David
