This website is Scam.Don’t buy anything from them.I received my order after 3 weeks, It was fake .I have ordered Cashmere sweater brand but I received full Polyester material with different color and Size.There are no tags on garment.; no country of origin, no size, no construction material (advertised as cashmere), no care instructions. Very suspicious.

Terrible service and 100% scam!!!!
First - this company has nothing to do with Germany, it’s Chinese.
Second- they failed to deliver the order during 1,5 months!!!! And guess what- their support doesn’t know where the package is
Third- the price is 3-4 times higher (because they pretend it’s German)

They even lie in replies to reviews) Amazing) the delivery comes from China and this is fact.
Support is useless! They provided contacts of courier (website which is not loading and phone which is not replying) and they simply cannot say where is the package (local delivery companies do not recognize any of tracking numbers)

It took one month for the order to arrive. It's terrible quality and smells really bad. Pants are from very thin material and are too short (I am 5'7" and they look like capri on me). Sweater is made from very thick and scratchy material, and vest is also cheap looking.
In order to return the items, you need to ship them at your own expense to China. So, when they claim that it's a German company, it's a big fat lie. It's Chinese company, very obvious Chinese quality, Chinese sizing and the return will cost you more than you paid for the items.
Don't waist your time and money on it.

Ordered shoes for my wife a half size larger just in case. They were too small, but I can't tell you what size they actually are because there are no labels anywhere on them! No brand, size, or anything else legally required by law in the US. In fact, they didn't even come in a shoebox, just loosely packed in a plastic envelope straight from China. Now, let's move on to quality. These sneakers looked like a child made them in arts and crafts class in kindergarten. There are loose rubber pieces flopping around and there is glue residue all over them. I asked for a refund and return and they insisted that I ship them back to China on my dime in order to get a full return. A few other issues: They took 4 weeks to get here; they don't come even close to matching the pictures on the website; and they are very poorly built.

Sweater ordered on December 2nd, arrived December 29th (2 weeks after promised). In violation of US Consumer Protection Laws, there are no tags on garment; no country of origin, no size, no construction material (advertised as cashmere), no care instructions. Very suspicious.

Order arrived 2 weeks after suggested arrival date. Garment received was not what was ordered. Company website is fraudulent as they represent themselves as being in Beverly Hills, but they are actually in China. Shipping cost far exceeded what it should have been no identifying tags on garment. Returns are not worth the time due to shipping return policy. Immediately after correspo ding with them on my computer it became infected with viruses. I do NOT recommend this company.

I also think this is a scam. I did receive my jacket vest but was shipped a small and ordered a large. It came in a plastic shipping bag with absolutely no packing slip, no company info and it looks like a label was cut off. If you Google earth the location on the label it is a very rundown “warehouse” in Queens, NY.

Ordered an Extra Large vest. The vest fits like a small size. The company responded that I could purchase a second vest of the correct size for 50 per cent off or I could send it back to their warehouse and they would then send me a correct size. They said two weeks to get it to the warehouse and two more weeks to get the correct one. They said I must pay postage for the return. I call BS. I can't depend on them sending me the correct size! I own several vests. The quality of these are not great. It seems almost everyone receives an incorrect size, then they want you to purchase the correct size for 50 per cent off. I call that a scam. I suggest you not do business with this company!

The staff was very friendly, the product Rrived much quicker than usual and the sweater was wonderful.

Complete Chinese Garbage! It wasn’t even close to a correct fit. Quality not as shown. Based on prior reviews, probably not worth my time to try to return.

I am very satisfied with the garments I have purchased from Beverly. The quality is superior and the cost is excellent as is the Customer Service interaction I have experienced. I will wholeheartedly recommend Beverly to friends and family.

ITS A PURE SCAM, I purchased, paid for it, FINALLY got the trucking number, and NEVER RECEIVED 😡😡👎👎

shipping was slower than a snail. they sent me the wrong item - not even listed on their website, will not refund without my sending jacket back AT MY EXPENSE. they will not issue me a postage paid return label. it will cost me half of what i paid to ship it back. why am i supposed to pay for their mistake? this is a classic bait and switch scam. BBB in California has lots of similar complaints. The below response from them is fake. Some of the 5 star reviews are fake. They still will not refund purchase without me sending wrong item back to China at my expense after sending them proof it was the wrong item. Which will cost half of what I paid. They offered me something else for 60% off what I paid, but still no full refund or a way to send back wrong item at their expense. This company is a scam.

So far only headache, I was trying to cancel order right away before it was shipped, they didn’t respond. Now received items, one of them has tears, all of them size XL for a kids.
No sizes on a clothes, sizes on packaging ( I guess they have one size and pack it in different bags)
Bags are tearing up too. It was probably someones returns.
Be careful read their return policies, they want you to pay to return it to China

Bei BeverlyBased wurden Schuhe bestellt. . Diese passten überhaupt nicht. Auf eine Anfrage über Rücksendung erfolgte ein unverschämtes Mail, man sollte doch die Umwelt schonen und so weiter und gleichzeitig wurde angeboten, dieselben Schuhe nochmals mit einem Rabatt zu bestellen. Weitere Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Dazu kommt, dass die Ware nicht von Beverly Based kam, sondern über eine Chinesischen Kurierdienst nach Deutschland kamen und dann an DHL weitergegeben wurden. Diesen Shop würde ich niemals weiterempfehlen. Sie haben keine Möglichkeit einer Rücksendung und das ist Betrug.

This company does not have a return process. They offer to have you keep your item and pay for another size at 50% off. More money, even more poor customer service. (The item does not fit and needs to be returned. ) The website says returns within 14 days. The stalling sets that up as well. A complete scam !

I bought 2 items; A jacket and a cardigan. It took longer than offered for my order to ship, but they kept me updated and apologized for the delay. My order finally arrived, and to my surprise an item XXL didńt fit me at all. I managed to squeeze into the jacket, but can’t wear it closed, or zipped. The cardigan didn’t fit at all. Since XXL is their largest size, I didn’t even attempt a return. Seriously disapointed. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN
