This company is a scam! I received a sweater that was supposed to be cashmere, and it's fully acrylic with no pattern like the item pictured in their advertisement. On top of that, it's impossible to return. Complete ripoff. Do not order from this company!

The company is a complete scam. I have wrote a review here, as I was not successful in getting money back for the items they send to me incorrectly. They immediately responded that this was a misunderstanding and that their Customer Service will contact me to resolve this. In fact, it was the other way around. After this message they have stopped replying to my follow up emails on the issue and nothing is resolved.
Also, worth to add that the quality of their products is pretty low, so do not recommend.

Had I Also, known That this was a Chinese-based company I would’ve never ordered. I ordered three items advertised size small on Facebook. I received the three items and they are way too big. It’s cheaper to keep them then to send them back.as I would have to pay for my own return of these items going to China. I thought this company is based out of Beverly California. I would advise people not to buy from this company they are a scam.

Yesterday I received my order of 4 pieces of clothing. I placed my order using the same sizes as I usually purchase my clothing; XL, and XXL.
All 4 pieces were way too tight: I would judge them all as being M or L, at best.
How and where do I return them to?

I placed an order for 2 suits with Beverlybased.com and received both within a very short timeframe. They were well packed and when I took them out from the packaging - there were no creases. Suits are very well made and look expensive. The colours were exactly what the photo shows.

As advertised what more do you need to say

Ordered 3 shirts and they were never delivered Anna they refused to give me the refund

Have I known before ordering that BerverlyBased was in China and that it would cost me a fortune to return unfitting apparel items, I would have never ordered them. I spent $391,98 for apparel badly fitted, and they just offered to reimburse me a mere $156,80 (or 40%). It is unreal! The cost of returning badly fitted good at my own expense would be around 300$

And now, I no longer can reach them by email, it seems I have become a spam!!!

I ordered what I thought was a 3 piece set; obvious description indicated that; less obvious was dimmer, smaller print that I ordered only 1 piece. I immediately tried to have the order cancelled (thinking I would re-order) but was told it could not be cancelled. I paid with PayPal thankfully. I put in a claim to PayPal and was immediately refunded my money. I suspect from the very quick refund that problems with Beverleybased orders might be common? This company also does not have a return sight within North America so returns have to be sent overseas and that cost is more than the item is worth. Sorry, but not a good experience.

I bought 3 pieces and they were totally different from the photo. Colour, size and style. Also the quality of the items were not good. I sent them my feedback and they decided to refund 40% of the purchase. Not ideal but it saves me from the hassle.

Everyone will be happy to do business with your company because you guys are very honest with your customers

The model of jacket was really cute. Still, the production quality was not as high as expected.

I ordered 4 items, out of which 2 were not what I had ordered. The company then sent me another item, claiming that this is the one I had ordered initially. Unfortunately, it has no resemblance to what was shown on their site. So all in all, an extremely bad experience. I would never order at Beverlybased again.

Ce site semble être des arnaqueurs. J'ai passé une commande il y a environ de 2mois, le 03 août, qui était supposé être livré après 2 semaines, depuis le 24 août (ayant payé avec assurance même). Rendu au 22 septembre aucun retour. Ils n’ont jamais répondu à mes emails. Faites attentions
This site seemsto be scammers. I placed an order about 2 months ago, on August 3, which was supposed to be delivered after 2 weeks, since August 24 (having paid with insurance even). We are on September 22, no returns. They never responded to my emails. Be careful

i bought two items and never received nothing ...

I had some trust issues going into my purchase of a shirt from Beverlybased. There was not much evidence of the company on-line and there are many scams waiting to trap the unwary. Not this site though. My purchase was acknowledged, a follow up email told me things were in hand, a tracking code was sent and the shirt arrived, quickly, and I don't live near anywhere. The shirt is well made with good style and detail and the fit was good. A minor issue I had was dealt with politely and professionally by the support team. I would not hesitate to buy from Beverlybased again.
