Delighted with my custom trainers, this is my 3rd. pair from BG Customs and again the overall service was excellent. Great communication during the whole process, and special care was taken to ensure the trainers turned out perfectly.

Fantastic customer service, received regular updates from them on my order right from the start, and it’s nice to be in touch with an actual person and not just get automated emails. Trainers look absolutely spot on 👌 and were delivered quicker than I expected. Highly recommend this great company.

Total scam. Paid £100 and was never contacted again. Wrote Billy an email, which he answered saying he would look into it but has ignored me ever since. Have been waiting for my trainers since 31st January.

Communication from the time order was placed to delivery was excellent. Goods were delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend BG Customs

SCAMMER - order a pair of trainers months ago, which i never received. Told me they got lost in the post, then said he was on holiday and will sort when back. He has now blocked me on facebook and refuses to answer any texts. Keep your money and dont use this company

Scam alert, this company do not honour there service, I payed £170 for trainers which I did not receive, he try’s to say he has posted and they’ve been lost. I then blocks you off his Facebook and refuses to answer calls, don’t be fooled by the snake
