I received my diamonds quickly. As soon as I received them I tested them. They are exactly as pictured and described. This is a reputable seller.

Communication could be better, overall satisfied.

Ordered a diamond, after a week and a bit of no communication from a seller it finally responded by saying the gem was already sold, after further communication I was offered a full refund and still am waiting for it.

This is now my 4th custom item and its amazing ! I have others i did not have set by them .The communication is great and even in times of emergency they have been honest with saying it's going to take a minute but they have always been truthful with me . I have had some items I have purchased outright and also some on payments never had a problem .I first made a purchase from this company in 2022 and from there I have made a few additional purchases. I just purchased a 4th item that they have set for me and it is as in photos to exact .I have also made purchase with gia certificate so I'm not sure why I have read it doesn't exist .I have pictures on Pinterest of all my purchases from this company .I wish we could upload picture here. While I'm not a fan of Instagram or the out lay purchasing I prefer Etsy but they have always delivered what I'm looking for from under 100 to over 1000 .And If I knew before how good thier work is I would have asked for all my items to be set by them .It's a lot harder to have something set here in the USA than it is for them to set it and they do what your imagination can think of which I'd hard to come by so again thankyou and can't wait to find my next item to dream up.He has also helped me to find things that others can not just a side note .While I'm not a fan of lab I have made purchases now of lab created diamonds and earth mine diamonds .

I felt the fear when I didn’t hear anything for a week after ordering however the gem arrived quickly once shipped and I was relieved when it was confirmed to be a diamond by my jeweller. I’m not convinced I got exactly the diamond I ordered as the carat sizes didn’t match up but it’s a lovely salt & pepper diamond, now waiting to be added to my new ring.

Very very poor customer service, up to 5 days just to respond you. Unprofessional e-mails with emojis. No certificate available, so basically you buy a stone without being certified. Refund requested!

Bait and switch was used on me.
Discussed one particular large stone available online for about a week back and forth and the day I purchased it online, I get a message saying the stone's no longer available so please select another one. My fiance was heartbroken, she wanted that one stone, not to be replaced by another. Anyone in this industry knows females think with emotions and should have never suggested another stone to replace, rather refund money... I don't think the stone was ever available and was left on the website for bait. He did eventually return my funds after I reported to Paypal...
