Crack on diamond
I got a diamond with crack on the surface. I was never been told before I made the payment. I also could not see any crack on the surface when the salesman sent me the picture of this diamond. The crack could be a human fault during the process of setting the diamond into a pendant. This is unexpected and disappointing me. I will not buy any product from this company and I don’t suggest anyone reading this message do so.

What was observed is a natural inclusion, which was explained to the customer and is normal in this type of diamond. The images shared accurately represented the stone. We appreciate your feedback.

I have purchased 2 times now and it is so smooth and easy process .I live in USA I received my items both within a week of placing order .While I chose loose stones .I see now the beautiful items he makes online. My next purchase he and I will work together to create a beautiful one of a kind piece .I wish I can upload pics of my items .

I was very nervous about ordering such an expensive diamond to be delivered by mail but Bhavin was very kind and helpful, he answered all my questions and was prompt with his response, I tracked my shipping every day and was happy I received it a few days early! I would definitely recommend this shop and purchase again. My client was extremely happy with the engagement ring I made. Thank you Bhavin!
