Nach zwei Wochen Wartezeit und Rücksendung der gelieferten Ware ( 1 x 5l Bier) habe ich mit Hilfe von PayPal mein Geld zurück erhalten.
Bei dieser Firma werde ich bestellen nichts mehr bestellen !!

Lasst bloß die Finger weg! Ware im Wert von über hundert Euro bestellt (im Juni). Lieferung nie erfolgt, bis heute kein Geld zurück. Keine Reaktion auf Anrufe oder Emails. Werden jetzt den Anwalt einschalten.

Company did not respond to an email I sent but the package was delivered 17 days after initial order.

Habe per Vorkasse bezahlt. Danach keine Reaktion vom Verkäufer, keine Versandbestätigung und keine Ware. Auch nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen per Mail - keine Reaktion. Ich dachte ich hätte mein Geld verloren. Nach androhen einer Strafanzeige kam meine Ware dann doch noch kommentarlos an. Trotzdem würde ich dort nie wieder bestellen. Die vielen negativen Erfahrungen sprechen glaube ich für sich.

I also experienced nearly a month of non-communication after placing an order in late June. I am glad to report, though, that order arrived in UK in good condition. Perhaps it's a small business hit by something last few weeks but it's getting things back together? If so, it would be good simply to signal an interruption in fulfilling orders. Anyway, at least the order was properly fulfilled at last.

Liefert nicht die Ware, sondern behält das Geld.
Antwortet nicht per Telefon oder E-Mail.

Absolutely awful. Took my money and a month later no change in order status and they ignored every communication I sent. Luckily I paid with PayPal who gave me a full refund. If I check the order even now it still say in progress after getting a refund. Avoid at all cost

Bin leider auch auf diesen Betrüger reingefallen. Ist kein Verkäufer, er versendet ja keine Ware. Mails und Telefon werden kategorisch ignoriert.
Da bleibt mir nur der Weg zur Polizei um Anzeige zu erstatten.
Auf Amazon gibt es für diesen Betrüger sogar positive Bewertungen... kann ich mir nicht vorstellen das dies "Echte" Bewertungen sind.

Verarsche hoch 1000! Hab vor vier wochen bestellt und nix kam. Keine reagiert auf telwfon oder Mail Kontakt.

I was weary of ordering after seeing all the negative reviews, however, the beer I wanted was only available through this website. I took a punt and waited.

In fairness, I was quoted a week turnaround and the order was here 3 days early. Although I wasn't aware that the order had been shipped until I received a knock on the door from the courier! Might be helpful if an email was sent confirming when the order is shipped.

Look forward to tasting the beer.

Made 2 no separate Orders 19th may and 25th may. Still not received! I've emailed Bier und wein some 20 times and had no response whatsoever. £140 out of pocket. BEWARE order no 422701 and 423013

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Don't respond to emails. Looks like it's money lost. Lesson learned.

Be careful! My order of € 225.24 has not arrived at the end of 2.5 months. The seller did not reply to 3 emails asking for information, although I am a regular customer. Now I will still have the pain to report to the police and tax authorities (VAT was paid in that order). Think twice before buying here.

Achtung! Meine Bestellung von € 225,24 ist am Ende 2,5 Monate nicht angekommen. Der Verkäufer reagierte nicht auf 3 E-Mails nach Informationen zu fragen, obwohl ich ein Stammkunde bin. Jetzt werde ich noch die Aufgabe haben, der Polizei und den Steuerbehörden Bericht zu erstatten. Denken Sie zweimal, bevor Sie hier kaufen.

- statt wie angegeben „sofort lieferbar“ dauerte es 17 (!!!) Tage bis meine Lieferung angekommen ist
- überhaupt keine Kommunikation dass es verspätet geliefert wird
- keine Antwort auf meine E-Mail
- keiner telefonisch erreichbar

This company are thieves. They take your money. They don't respond to questions or deliver items purchased.
