Well for me I'd say don't take their 360 shop you're going to pay 1000€ for nothing just a shopify layout with a few pictures and an integration of their products.
Everything to redo Price too low you will lose money if you don't raise your prices immediately especially the big products like TV etc...
All the designations are to be redone they don't mean anything the titles also me I gave vouchers to my family it's been more than a month they haven't bought anything yet they find nothing interesting everything is more expensive than elsewhere. On top of everything you pay he makes money on your Shopify subscription.
Well I'll say that it's my fault I knew it but the worst thing is the delivery on their website they have a system of calculation so you enter a country e.g. German postcode and they give all the prices from the cheapest GLS to the most expensive dhl plane or UPS etc.... it is their only positive point (easier to sell in Europe with this) EXCEPT THAT AND that I did not know this system you do not have it on your site is said in turnkey each time their answer is "you have a table you must set it yourself" But how do you want me to do it there are 24 countries more than 40,000 products of different weights of different volumes is impossible to do? ? but nothing to do they don't want to know anything about it and that's the most important point for me. I had more than 600 visits on the site and not one sale 80% of basket abandoned because of shipping costs, that's on top of that, not to mention some sites that sell the products cheaper than at home, even though they are wholesale ? unfortunately I think they'll never reimburse me but as soon as I can I stop my subscription to shopify I don't want to give them a commission on top of that. And the worst thing in all this is that since there are no sales and the best season is coming I'm almost afraid to sell with all the opinions on their stocks which are apparently not enough which wouldn't surprise me since there are stocks that never move I've seen products at 300 For more than 3 months now, if I had 300 ovens in stock at more than 100€ that were asleep I would at least make an extra discount to get rid of them. It's a bit strange again, I'm only blaming myself but I hope that nobody else will be able to make a good success of them all.

Terrible company. Never received my goods. First of all they waited weeks before sending the goods I’d purchased. After I chased they apologised and said they’d send them. Unfortunately I never received the goods. Waste of £40!

Site is now offline and I never got my order. At least they can't scam anyone else now!

so I got an email from a bloke by the name Collin stating that nothing can be done until I send a picture of my card used in payment. I have sent the picture of the card and am yet to hear back about my refund. I have emailed severally and no response.

Big Buy UK is actually a company called Health Well based in Singapore pretending to be a UK company. It claims to be a 'sporting goods store' buy clearly is pretending to sell any goods. The catch is they will charge your credit card immediately and you will never receive the goods.

Rubbish customer service, rubbish delivery! I’ll never use this company again!

Absolutely disgusted with service from Big Buy - orders state as days maximum to deliver and still waiting 1 month later. No way of contacting them other than email which they ignore or Colin replies stating your order is on its way and not answering any questions you may have about your order.

Congrates Big buy, I grant you -5stars. I ordered Aloe Vera gel from this site and it took longer than a month to be delivered. I didn’t know this website makes their selling products on their own by taking care of the process from manufacture to delivery (like picking the aloe Vera, extracting gel from the plant etc...)
But don’t get me wrong, Big buy ‘UK’ is not scam. They’ve just forgot to add one more ‘0’ to the expected delivery date. (20-40 days instead of 2-4 days) and one more thing. Don’t expect they will answer your mail directly. They’re busy business people. They’ll spend their precious time to lure another pushover instead of answering your useless question. Lastly, your products can be delivered from another countries (USA, Korea etc..) we’re living in the globalized age. So, better just understand that. If you have to pay a tax for the delivery from another continent thanks to Big buy ‘UK’ by any chance, just think that then like a small extra gift from Big buy ‘UK’.

Unfortunately I am not positive as my product was claimed to arrive within 2-4 business data but I haven’t had any reply on my emails since then and there is no number to call.
Still no product, money has been withdrawn from my credit card and I can’t even cancel the order or track it?!
While Iherb always has an excellent delivery & customer service I guess big buy UK is scam.

I’ve called my bank to file a complaint and track this company down to get my money back.

Don’t order, that’s my advice.

Two months and no delivery of my goods, they are now not even replying to my emails requesting a refund.

Total scam! I order something at a total overprice from a “UK” company and then receive the package from the USA and have to pay import tax and expedition fees that basicly doppels the price of my order!

SCAM - terrible service and complete scam.

I ordered an item over 4 weeks ago worth £75. Still not arrived after they state 12 days delivery. Emailed and no recent reply to advise on where the item is at.

Got my package after paying in full and waiting for 2 whole months. And to my surprise the product i was sent expired 2 years ago. I am actually in utter disbelief that such company would do this. I would not buy anything from here again and would not recommend it to anyone

Ordered ages ago, paid LOADS of money, and STILL waiting for my order. They don’t reply to any emails. Extremely rude company. I would like a refund please as I’m sick of waiting now! I’ll be shopping elsewhere in future! Can’t abide being ripped off.

My order arrived today (finally) but I had to pay a £15.13 surcharge. I want this refunded please as you claim free postage.
