Bigbuy Uk 

I have ordered Ancient Nutrition Collagen bone broth on the 2nd of March from Big buy UK, thinking that my order would arrive quicker as I thought that they are UK based. I won’t be surprised if I will be charged with custom fee when it arrives. I hope not! It has been over a month now and still haven’t received my order despite sending them emails to ff up. My order number is 6960. Pls give me a refund if you wont be able to deliver my order by 10th of April. Thanks! I will give you four stars once I get a refund. Changed my review from 1star to 4stars because I have received the refund today. Thanks!

I ordered 3 bottles of ( according to the pictures ) original Parfums for britih pound 186,-.
Only six weeks later I finally got a big parcel after paying additional € 56 Euro for customs, as to my suprise the product came from the US instead of UK..)
Opening the huge parcel, it was full of paper only plus 1 (instead of 3!) bottle of parfum, which was obviously used before, as it was the pure bottle without the original paper box, and even the lid was missing but a Tesa was put on the open bottle! Besides it was not the version of the Parfum that I had ordered .
This is clear fraud!
I have turned to bigbuys customer service immediately, giving them the chance to apologize and reimburse me correctly, but never received a reply! So in essence I can only want anybody of buying there!

BigBuy UK is obviously not a scam.... but you guys are not making things easy for yourselves because you are not as transparent as I believe you need to be. Also, your products are already too expensive (as far as I'm concerned).

DHL is spoiling business for Companies like yours by charging exorbitant duties on products that's meant to be free postage. I know because its the same story with I-herb and one of the reasons I stopped shopping with them.

I am giving BigBuy UK 4 stars for the Speed of my refund. Yes I got my refund back in my account yesterday. Surprised to be honest especially with all the negative feedbacks. Thank you.

Just some advice... I think you guys need to be more transparent on your site regarding the fillowing:

1. Contact details....Nothing beats having someone to talk to, be it a US, Singapore or UK phone number and of course, time to call. You absolutely need this as talking to someone will remove fears customers may have.

2. Postage (all hidden charges, tax, duty etc) needs to be referenced so people can make a choice of proceeding with purchase or not.

3. Delivery time. How long would this take.

4. Where charges would the routed through (Singapore) and the reason why. This will remove the shock factor when customers check their account.

5. Look into sending products as gifts. This might at least reduce hidden charges and when people need first class delivery, then No 2 would already be in place for them to make the right choice for themselves.

6. World Pay always reference 'Health-Well / LMX Holdings' instead of BigBuy UK, for customers to get in touch with should they have any queries, in their disclaimer. I think this needs to change or you guys need to make reference to Health-Well /LMX Holdings on your website (payment page et Al) so customers aren't confused once they receive a payment confirmation from World Pay.

Anyway, I wish you guys all the best. Hopefully things change for the best for you guys.

I was charged 37 pound for something that costs 7 dollars which is maybe 3.50??
In desperation I used this company and regret it will not use em again I will b surprised if they are still in business next year complete liberty

I order the protein from this side and send me item worth £30 and rubbish I pay £80.45 I didn’t know about this company I should search for review and read it before thn I wouldn’t do this mistake no contact no. Available I send email and been saying tht is been deliver yr item yes but wrong item been delivered and I need to send this back... plz guys help me wht to do no information available and is so much rubbish I wouldn’t give u 1 star is like steal something

Pleasantly surprised

Order arrived in 5 days - I read some reviews after ordering and I half expected to be presented with duty fees to Switzerland but was all pre-paid :)

3 weeks and still waiting for delivery. A couple of emails to them asking about delivery no response yet so just sent a third now. Not even Christmas period as an excuse. Seriously think twice before buying from this lot.

If you like being ripped off this is the place. In their defence they say they are a wholesaler but we orderd some items which unbeknown to us, they ordered from a US supplier. For that "service" we paid £35. In other words the value of the goods sent directly from the originating supplier was £50, we were charged £85. Obviously we will go direct to the underlying supplier in future so do your research and find the originating supplier. Secondly, just try and get support on the products you buy from them. Of course they will divert you back to the originating supplier washing their hands of you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please report this company as being fraudulent.
PLUS I have just been charged £17 customs duty!!! The same product can be bought on iHerb in the UK for £28 less....

CROOKS - DO NOT USE

Don`t buy from this site. I wish I had read these rewiews before ordering from this company. I noticed that my payment was routed Singapore, I immediately mailed to the UK company, 4 times I think, but never got an answer. I never got my parcel or my money and now I have asked my bank to take my money back into my acount.

I've ordered some items from big buy uk. Since I never received the parcel (and their tracking information wasn't specific, just said "shipped" for like forever), I contacted them directly. Apparently my parcel was lost (the delivery company claimed to have given it to a neighbour but it was not to be found even though I tried everything possible.) Anyway, they refused to take responsibility even though they are legally responsible for me receiving my delivery. They wouldn't refund me after all and just stopped answering me when I informed them about their responsibilities, so I've lost quite an amount of money on nothing. I highly recommend not ordering anything ever from that very unprofessional company!!

It is requiring you to sell branded products which is illegal in most countries.
There is no refund they take your money
provide you with a very shabby website

I asked for a refund for a site I never used and they advised me to update my SEO, I am not selling branded products I am not allowed to sell!!

Don't buy from this site!
They never send me my order or refunded my money. They don't react on my calls or my mails.
When I look at the orderstatus now, it says refunded, but I never received any money back.
And the money was drawn from an account in Singapore.
This is simply a fraud company!

Everything about this company is dodgy - it's not based in the UK (despite their name, info on their website, etc), payment is taken from a company in Singapore and items are shipped from the States. When they eventually respond to emails (after many being sent), their answers are vague and don't answer the questions raised. On top of all that, import duty is charged on all products, so the price listed on their website isn't what you pay. I ended up contacting my credit card company to get a refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company.
As others have already stated, BigBuy UK poses as a “UK” company giving the impression that goods are originating there.
As soon as I noticed that my payment was routed through Singapore I immediately emailed to cancel the order, sending a total of three emails to the UK company which were unsnswered and one to the US office. This was a full week before I received a notification from DHL about a delivery pending with duties & VAT payable. I instructed them that I would not accept the delivery, that it should be returned to the shipper and informed BigBuy of this. They actually answered this email to say they would refund any import charges, which they did, but as I had tried to cancel this order BEFORE it had been shipped I just want a refund for the full order.

Unfortunately I have to confirm what others have said.

The company poses as based in the UK and claims no import fees have to be paid.

This is not so. I'd call it a lie. The goods are sent from the USA and import charges have to be paid. I ended up paying 50% more for the goods I had ordered due to import charges.

I can confirm that they don't respond to emails etc..

The package is labelled i-herb which is a company that has bad reviews on trustpilot as well. Check it out.

In their favour I have to say that the DID deliver the goods as ordered and that they kept me informed about the delivery.

UPDATE: I must up my rating to a full 5 stars due to the fact that
a) the products arrived in good shape as promised
b) after having to pay 2 x £17 import tax the company fully refunded these charges after I notified them of this issue. (yes, they DID get back to me eventually)

Fraudulent company! Do not use! This company lies, they say that uk and eu countries are not libel for customs or duty fees, not true! they say they are a uk company but they ship from USA so always duty to pay. Products arrive from another company called iherb based in USA at 350% mark up! No reply to emails and telephone number given does not exist. Fraudulent company! Do not use!

Shipps from usa. Not a uk/eu bases company although its called bigbuy-uk. Prepare to pay told & administration fees if you are order from eu.
