Do not use Big Car World in Leicester. I paid £500 deposit on a car in good faith that it was in the condition they told me and it wasn’t. The car was wrongly sold to me and after seeing the condition the wheels/tyres etc were in, and the fact the car pulled to left when I test drove it, I told them I didn’t want the car because it had been wrongly described to me. The service records also didn’t have on them the work that they had told me had been done. They are refusing to pay my deposit back. No apology, nothing. Keep away from this dealership. Do not pay them a deposit unless you have seen the car. I did in good faith and it has backfired! They were not honest with me.
I will keep writing to them in the hope that they will pay back my deposit.
So far, they are just ignoring me!
