When I emailed regarding the vehicle I was interested in Owain emailed back really enthusiastically which made me pick going to them first over a cheaper car I had seen elsewhere. Upon arrival I was seen straight away and taken to view the car. Owain then let me test drive the car and directed me around the area as I am not from Leicester. When I came to collect the car two days later it was all ready for me and another gentleman helped with all the paperwork. I love my new car and felt the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Avoid this garage!! Bought a car from BGW Braunstone in April. On purchasing the car it hadn’t got a parcel shelf but we were assured that they would get one for when we collected it. Collected it and guess what, it hadn’t turned up, surprise, surprise.

After me making several phone calls to them, about 4/5 weeks later we received a parcel shelf which didn’t fit the car. I found a code for a parcel shelf which would fit the car and emailed them with details and they were supposedly going to order me one. Now August and still not received.

On no occasion has the garage made contact with me, I have always had to chase them. They say they will call you back but never do! I don’t believe for a minute that this has ever been ordered.

Even after sending several letters to the Sales Manager with advice from Citizens Advice, I have been totally ignored.

After sales service is absolutely shocking and has made the whole experience a huge disappointment!!

I would never buy a car from them again or recommend them to anyone !!

Avoid this garage at all costs!!

We were advised a time and date that would suit us to collect the car. On arrival the car was filthy, and didn’t have enough charge to get us home. We would have expected it to be clean and fully charged when buying a new car.
We then had to go away while they charged it further and cleaned it.
When we arrived back it was being cleaned and charge was better although still not great.
When it came to taxing, the car hadn’t been SORN whilst on the forecourt and was still under the previous owners name, which was disabled. We then had to faff around going to the post office to get it taxed which don’t accept card.
Was just stressful as we had a young child with us and no one apologised at the car vendors
However, Owen was helpful and understanding of this stressful time. Wish him good luck at uni.

Although there was miscommunication with zuto the staff were ever so helpful and accommodating and got the car ready to go within the hour. Owen guided me through the process and ever so thankful. 😊

Owain was great, accountable and diligent. Made the process simple once we were dealing with him. The car is wonderful and we’re very happy.

Owain was helpful when we first went into look at cars, no pressure, given time to look at numerous cars. Went away came back to test drive two, both cars we ready and test drive easy. Came to collect car dealt with Regan who processed the paperwork in a friendly way. Car hadn’t been valeted so Regan sent it to be valeted straight away without issue and apologised. Had to ask for things that had been promised, (petrol, battery in the second key fob that wasn’t working) Nice car, battery flat next day!

Regam salesman at big car world was very helpful when I was purchasing a Fiat 500 nothing seemed to be too much trouble arranging insurance we worked a deal where he also arranged to have brand new tires fitted to the vehicle before i drove the car a way.. much appreciated..
