I purchased the Xbox GamePass Ultimate for 24 months. The service was fast, and everything works perfectly. The most important thing is to follow the instructions exactly. I saved a lot of money thanks to them. Thank you!

Initially I was very skeptical of this working. However, follow the instructions from the email and it worked as intended! I purchased a 12mo Ultimate Xbox Gamepass and the only issue I have was that I didn't purchase a 24mo pass.

Very fast on delivery of product, few problems with activation but support was awesome, resolved very fast. Highly recommend

This os the second time I have purchased from Big Fun Sale. Both times they have been very helpful getting me fixed up. I will buy from them again. But for now i am fixed for two years.

So BigFunSale, I used them year ago, sub ran up and used them again, Have an issue where one key worked, second didnt... and now its waiting game.. Will update my post/review once reply is given.

Update : turns out its microsoft bug and both did show up redeemed to me so all is good. They replied and offered if it didnt work to fix it as well :)

Return Customer, everything as expected will return again

They make it extremely hard to refund & return. Beware of buying keys, xbox is really cracking down on buying keys in countries that are cheaper, this making it harder to redeem and making you jump through several hoops. After a while I just decided to ask for a return and refund of the unused items. I was first ignored about my return and refund, and soon after asking again they told me we can still help you redeem the code or you can do a refund but we'll charge you the exact amount of your key for a handling fee. You can't make this stuff up. Redeeming on an alternative account is even hard to do because now microsoft wants an adress and payment method that aligns with the country of the key. It was a lot to do hence why I just wanted a simple return. But you won't get that here. And if you do they will still charge you so it's a lose lose.

Me han levantado 5 meses de pack Xbox de suscripción, ahora eso sí, denunciados están por estafadores. Esta empresa, al no ser nacional de habla extranjera, desde mi oficina de protección al consumidor, no pueden hacer nada, excepto presentar una demanda judicial contra esta práctica abusiva y estafadora, porque no solo no te dan una solución satisfactoria, si no que además, se ríen en tu cara mintiendo descaradamente cuando les escribes. Unos auténticos sinvergüenzas.

Legit, got my keys within 30 minutes of the order purchase. You have to turn on a VPN (which they provide) during activation, but other than that, it works and is legit. I will buy from them again after my year is up.

I received the instructions which were clear plus there is a link to a YouTube video which can be followed for reassurance.
DON'T have an active subscription when redeeming the codes and follow the sequence, I completed the process in 5 minutes and very happy with the cost savings!!
As others have pointed out the response time to any queries is fast and concise.

Zero stars. I purchased 13 months of Xbox game pass ULTIMATE and only received 12 months of CORE.I followed the instructions PERFECTLY. My repeated requests for additional help have gone UNANSWERED. The only response I get is to LEAVE A REVIEW so here it is. I STILL NEED HELP!!!!

I paid for their advertised 24-months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate "Key". What I received was six separate keys and a convoluted set of instructions to use a VPN, cancel any existing subscriptions and wait 24 hours, and enter all the keys in the order they were given. I followed their instructions exactly as provided. I only received 18 months worth of subscriptions.

When I complained, their answer was "You still received a subscription at a good price" and that they will give me a good discount next time I renew. As if I would trust them again.

After reading through some of the other negative reviews, it seems that they are virtually all complaining of the same situation. The real telling thing is that NONE of them were made whole after their complaint.

EDIT (After their response): Your instructions to me were "After canceling your subscription, you need to wait an additional 24 hours and then activate the codes". I canceled my current subscription on Jan. 13, then I redeemed the codes you sent me on Jan. 15; clearly more than 24 hours. I did EXACTLY as you instructed. So either YOUR instructions were wrong, or you are dishonest.

I received the codes wasn’t sure if it was going to work or not. But I followed the steps as instructed and it worked! Glad it did

Everything seems to checkout with this site! **Update** did not recieve full year subscription after following directions. Redeemed 1/22/25 and expires 5/22/25

This is the second time I've ordered from bigfunsale and both times was a great experience. I had some challenges on the second order and the customer service team there worked diligently with me to help ensure I got what I ordered. I really appreciate their dedication to help solve the problem. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
