Well done. This is the second time I've made an order. The second time everything was fast and without problems.

I have gotten "the code". i tried to follow the instructions, when it came to activate the first code i got the message that this code was already redeemed.
I messaged them 3 hours ago that this was the case, i followed it up about 4 times now in the last 3hours but i have not gotten the code

Edit: they have reached out in the meantime and I can confirm they have solved the issue

This is my second time buying from BigFunSale. The first time did not go as smoothly because I made an error when entering the codes. This time the VPN took a little while to function, but the customer service is top notch! I really wanted to make sure I did things right this time, and customer support answered my troubles and walked me through it in a timely manner. This is not a scam! You just need a VPN (which is provided) and follow the instructions, CAREFULLY! If you need help then you just need to contact them! These prices for game pass have saved me so much from paying overpriced subscriptions! I always bookmark this place for my gaming subscriptions! Thank you!

My Xbox Game Pass ran out in September, so I decided to get it again this month. I checked online and bigfunsale had the best price, the only catch is I have to activate it through a proxy. This is no problem as I have done this countless times before with CDKeys(a legitimate company).

Anyhow, I bought their 12 months + 2 months offer and that's where the problems began. Unlike their competitors, you do not get the code once you have paid. Instead they send you an email that you have to reply to, which asks if you have any active subscriptions. I found this irritating but replied stating that I did not have any active subscriptions as it had run out last month.

I waited for hours, and after about 6 hours I got my codes. The instructions were fairly simple, activate it via a proxy and do the codes in order.

I redeemed the first code, got 12 months Xbox Game Pass Core. A bit strange I thought, as I was expecting 12 months Game Pass Ultimate.

I did the second code, it said invalid token! I tried it again, then it said code already redeemed. Ok, maybe it was a glitch, if it says redeemed I must have it on my account right?

Did the third code, it converted the remaining time to Ultimate and only gave me 6 months!

Feeling a little upset I immediately contacted bigfunsale's support. They asked me to provide screenshots of my Microsoft account's previous orders, fair enough I thought. One of the orders(the second code) clearly says denied, so there is my proof. I sent the email and went to bed.

This morning I wake up expecting them to have either issued a partial refund or to have sent another code for the remaining months. Instead I get a smug email from their "support" stating that if I only got the time I must have had an active subscription, even though I've confirmed twice that I didn't.

I am now going to have to fight them to get my money back, and would advise anyone to avoid them, as they are clearly a scam company. If it sounds too good to be true it is. They have a convoluted way of using the codes, for 12 months it has always been one code with their competitors, not three. And they are sending out broken codes, then blaming the customer when one of them fails, even though I have screenshots of the entire process.

I have sent them proof that my subscription has run out and also proof of their codes not working. If I don't receive a refund I will have to open a claim through Paypal. All I wanted was to be able to play some Xbox last night, now I have this headache to deal with.

EDIT: Just look at their hilarious reply! They have noticed "inconsistencies" in my review... what a lie! They are trying to get my review taken down, and have asked for more details. They are beyond shady, if I could edit to 0 stars I would.

2 review after 1year. The first time was excellent, this one not so excellent, but good. First of all, as other users wrote, in my case they asked for the photo of my Id card because of some kyc rules. If it wasn’t for the previous year excellent experience I would think it was a scam, I didn’t want give them my personal info so I asked for a refund, they said it was a problem about the payment method I used so I tried with another payment method. The first issue was about the refund, absolutely fast, but PayPal kept 4% on the total, it wasn’t bigfunsale issue but I already wasted some money… anyway I tried again with another payment method and it went. The second issue in this case was after I redeemed the codes, I got 19months and not 20, they wrote me I didn’t see a window in which turning on the recurring payment and get the month bonus, but I recorder the entire process and there wasn’t any window… anyway they said the next order I will get a discount and in the end even if I got 19months it was cheaper than any other seller everywhere. Surely bugfunsale is trustworthy, if they ask your personal id card or other personal info just ask for refund and try another payment method. Make sure you follow every step to redeem the code and record the process. 2 times bought from them and they are not scammer

I have bought from Bigfunsale.com several times now and I couldn't be happier, or recommend them more highly. They have the cheapest prices I have seen and payment can be made via PayPal. However, the truly great thing about them is their service, and it is the reason I keep going back. I trust them. They always respond quickly, and are both friendly and professional. During the course of my recent purchase, they had a flash sale, at which point they allowed me to cancel my existing purchase - with an immediate, full refund through PayPal - after which I was able to take advantage of the new offer.
I honestly can't think of anything else I could ask for! Do yourself a favour...
