A combination of a big head and big hair makes finding hats that fit a constant struggle. For the first time in 20 years I have a baseball cap that fits, and it looks great too! Happy days.

For over 30 years I’ve been searching …
For over 30 years I’ve been searching for a baseball cap for my large noggin. The only viable way of getting one that would fit was to order one from overseas, which would cost me a fortune in shipping and import taxes - and would often be more than often more expensive that the hat itself.
Finding Big Hat For Big Heads has been the equivalent of stumbling across a headwear goldmine! The ordering process was easy and the hat itself is of exceptional quality. I’ll definitely be back again!

I love bucket hats and I have a big head! It's really hard to find a decent big bucket hat!
I am happy to report my BH4BH cotton bucket hats fit wonderfully. My order was dispatched promptly, arrived on schedule and they are a lovely shade of blue and appear to be of good quality.

I have a big head, for years I have struggled with a trucker hat that fits and isn’t hanging to the last snap back. The team a BHFBH have bought the comfort of wearing caps back again. Keep up the amazing work and I’ve just placed order for another.

I finally found a cap that actually…
I finally found a cap that actually fits! I've always struggled with the so-called "one size fits all" caps from other retailers, but my trucker cap from Big Hats 4 Big Heads is absolutely perfect. The quality is excellent, it's really comfortable, and the fit is spot on. If you've got a bigger head and have the same problem, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try!

I am happy to finally get a bucket hat…
I am happy to finally get a bucket hat that fits, although it only just fits which is depressing in some ways as it tells me my heard is outrageously BIG. I would like it if you made a slightly bigger one than the one I have. Like I said it does fit but it's a tight fight and I would prefer a loose fit. But I love your company and concept just make another hat that's slightly bigger ☺️

It sounds like you're right at the upper end of our current sizing. Our bucket hats are 62cm (as advertised), so while they work for many people with larger heads, we completely understand that some customers would prefer a little more room for a looser fit.

First time in my life I've put on a hat…
First time in my life I've put on a hat that fits properly which was the aim of the game here. However I do have some gripes that I'm not too happy:
1. You're charging a lot for a hat that is made in China
2. On the China subject, the build quality isn't great either. I have loose threads sticking out on a few places on the hat, something Id expect from a Temu/Shein hat, but not a £30 one.
But, for a big headed guy like me, the hat fits great, I just won't be rushing to buy a second and third hat at the current prices charged.

We're sorry to hear you weren't completely happy with the finishing on your hat. Loose threads certainly aren't the standard we aim for, and we'll be reviewing this with our manufacturer as part of our quality control process.
While our hats are made in China, they're produced to our own specifications rather than being off the shelf products. We spent a long time developing the sizing, fit, materials and features specifically for people who struggle to find hats that genuinely fit larger heads. Producing in relatively small batches also means our costs are significantly higher than those of mass market brands.
We really appreciate your honest feedback, and we're glad the fit has made a difference. Thanks again for supporting a small business.
