BigSpareParts Avaliações

Hello,
I ordered an auto part from them. I waited over a month for the part. I didn't received it. After asking about my order in 2 different dates, they told me it will send to me the part. After almost 2 month I didn't receive the part or my money. The order was on oct.21.2024.
For me they are scammers.

Great Customer Service, Fair Prices, and Fast Delivery! What more could you ask for!? I don’t typically write reviews but BigSpareParts went above and beyond for me, so I felt it was the least I could do! 10/10 would recommend!

Outstanding service! From their extensive inventory to their competitive prices, this company is my go-to for automotive spare parts. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of working with a Bigspareparts that truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their best-in-class quality is evident in every product they offer, ensuring that I received durable, reliable parts that met the highest standards. What truly stood out was their fast customer service—within minutes of reaching out, I was connected to a knowledgeable representative who guided me through the entire process with professionalism and efficiency. Finally, their safe and prompt delivery ensured that my order arrived on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking top-quality car parts with exceptional service!

I live in the NL and ordered a part for my Skoda at Big Spare Parts. My questions about the payment receivement and delivery time were friendly answered and quickly replied. I received the parcel with FedEx along an email with the shipment data to keep track of it.
Happy to have found this OEM parts supplier for my Skoda!

Great customer service, responded the same day. Time between ordering and delivery was a few weeks but with their sevice and price it was way better than going to a local dealer for original parts.

Fast delivery. Good customer service.

Needed some parts for Hyundai i10. Available and very competitive price.
Delivery went well.

The spare part took a while to arrive, nevertheless the support was excelent! The manager replied very quick to my inquiries with precise information. I had a very good experience and would buy there again for sure!

My experience with Big Spare Parts is that they deliver prompt and can be trusted all the way. They carry some hard to find car parts for very decent prices. I will certainly be a returning customer if I ever need a hard to find part for my Kia.

Parts were a lot cheaper than directly from the dealership.

Easy process, type the part number & pay. Took around 3 weeks for it to ship to the UK via FedEx. Although would be better if there were regular updates. They're based in Latvia but Artur the manager responded to emails promptly. The parts arrived in one piece without issue.

I would ignore the 1 star review from 'Staff Spears' the site is verified, secure payment methods such as PayPal so you can always get a refund if an issue arises so definitely not a scam

The part I ordered was missing, but another one of the same quality was offered and sent immediately by courier
