Undelivered item
I recently purchased a $350 pair of sunglasses from you, and I am still waiting for them to be delivered 3 weeks later, even though I selected fast delivery. Apparently, Australia Post tried to deliver to the wrong address (I have the correct delivery details confirmed so either you or Australia Post got this wrong) and now I won't get the product until it is returned to you. This is unacceptable as the error was not made by me and the product should be sent and when the undelivered one is returned to you it can be returned into stock.
