Not great!
My experience dealing with this company has been nothing short of lackluster. Their sizing is all over the place & they do little to help guide customers with this. Products are advertised with certain components, yet unless you read the fine print that component is not included. Furthermore, returns are an absolute nightmare, handled by their parent company Pushy's for which you have to pay for & is a tedious process to say the least. AVOID!

Buy with confidence.
I ordered a tool and when it arrived the size on the packaging was different to the actual size labelled on the tool. Seems like a manufacturer error but BikeBug sent a replacement straight away, no questions asked.

Best prices, fast delivery & easy pickup
Bikebug has been my go-to place for purchasing bike parts for servicing/upgrading/accessorising my bikes for years. Their prices are usually the best around, delivery is quick, and when I need it asap pickup from their showroom is very quick and easy.
Only suggestion I might have is an ETA for when items will be back in stock would be nice, although the only time they've ever not had something in stock was when Shimano brake pads were impossible to get a few years ago.

But better, a critical part was missing from one item I bought, and when I raised that with them, no arguing, a replacement part was sent straightaway! Couldn't be happier.
