Easy, fast and convenient.

Really terrible experience so far - our first bike was due to arrive a week ago. It hasn’t arrived and I’ve sent the company 2 emails. I’ve heard absolutely nothing back and there doesn’t seem to be another way to contact them. No social media for the last year. I’m starting to question whether it’s a scam or not

Exchanges effortless and discounts for multiple bikes.

The bike was great but the stabilizers (only ones they had) were useless, however hard we tightened them up they would become loose & move & make the bike extremely unstable. This has meant learning to ride has been made more difficult & made my daughter lose all confidence. We are cancelling & going to Halfords to get a bike with decent stabilizers. Overall disappointed & very expensive if you divide what we have paid over 2 years v rides

Had an issue with the shipment of my daughter's bike. The courier didn't deliver it the first time, so Joe from the customer support team arranged a second shipment free of charge and followed through all the steps until the bike was successfully delivered. Amazing customer service.

Excellent initiative - bikes are good quality and as described - 2nd hand a few marks but great condition. Price is great and service and delivery are fast.

We’ve had a fantastic experience leasing bikes through this company. Both of my children learned to ride using their bikes, and the entire process from choosing the first bike to upgrading as they grew was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The bikes themselves are incredibly well designed: lightweight, easy to handle, and perfect for kids just learning to ride. It made a huge difference in their confidence and progress. The quality and condition of the bikes have always been excellent. Customer service has also been outstanding. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. I can’t recommend them highly enough for families looking for a convenient and high-quality bike leasing option for their children!

Such a clean and easy process. 2 things I love about bike club is the ability to get new bikes to grow with my daughter delivered to my door whenever she needs the next size up and then for someone to take away the old one without the hassle of me having to sell it knowing it's going to be recycled and moved onto someone else.

Very easy to organise the exchange. Only criticism is that there is an early exchange fee, particularly for the smaller bikes, when children grow quickly and are more likely to need different sized bikes over shorter time periods.

We are a family of keen cyclist's so want to ensure the bikes we have for our children have always been safe and encourage them to want to continue riding. We found the bike club through a recommendation and what a brilliant scheme it is!! It has saved us money and at the same time we have been able to choose the bike we would've bought with the freedom to upgrade as needed (much more cost effective than purchasing from the start). We have just gone up a size and the process was incredibly simple. Our new bike arrived and the old one taken away. The delivery company they use are also excellent, making the who procedure even more simple and painless! Can highly recommend. We will continue to use them for a long time to come.

They hook you in with an initial very reasonable monthly payment, then when you want to trade up to the next size up suddenly the cost is much higher (and equates to far more over time than the cost of just buying a new bike). Then if you want to cancel and return the bike they charge you a large additional fee and ask you to clean and prepare the bike for collection using tools most people don’t have. Sadly not impressed.

Really easy process and nice bikes. Our second bike came without reflectors and the team sent some out straight away, no problem. Very happy so far.

It's easy to choose a new bike when your child has outgrown the old one. Then it simply arrives a few days later and the old one is taken away at the same time. It's so easy and our son was delighted with the bigger bike and can't wait to ride it. Highly recommend it.

I really like the selection of bikes, the Forme bikes are light weight and sturdy, and have been great for my kid to learn cycling on.
I wish there was a free exchange after 1 year on the smaller bikes instead of 1.5 years, as kids grow quickly.

My daughter has a balance bike and a small pedal bike from bike club. She has recently learnt to ride a pedal bike and is now big enough to use her sister’s old bike that we had kept. I had been happy with bike club up to this point, as opting for used bikes had kept the costs down. I am however horrified by the £59.98 charge to return 2 tiny bikes, that we’ve been renting for a long time. It makes me feel like it has been a poor value service.

It’s a super easy service to use, and the bikes are fantastic. It feels very competitively priced too.

I've had nothing but issues with my first bicycle order with Bike Club.
1. delivery issues where deliveries were booked in, we arranged to be home and bike would never arrive
2. when it finally arrived, it had NO PEDALS
3. Pedals posted to me a few days later, after having to send 2 emails, but one was impossible to attach to the bike. I think it's a defective bike
4. No way to call/ reach customer service
5. I'm sure I ordered a NEW bike as had a whole discussion with my son not getting the exact colour he wanted as only old ones available. Then was delivered an old bike and told that this was my order. Pretty sure it's a glitch in the system or a mistake but no one is there to help.
Overall so disappointed. I've requested for this defective bike to be collected but waiting for a response.

Great for growing kids! Our grandchildren have all been provided with bike club bikes. My grandson has progressed from Woom 2 and 3 and is now confidently riding a Woom 4 at age 5. The bikes provided are of high quality so boost their biking experience.
