When the package arrived, the shipping box was severely damaged. After opening the package and inspecting the bicycle, I discovered that a component was missing: the Industry Nine 1/1 end cap.

The condition of the box upon arrival raises serious concerns that the damage occurred during transportation. The bicycle was properly packaged when it was shipped, and the missing component was present before the shipment.

I have photos and videos documenting the condition of the damaged box and the bicycle upon arrival, and I can provide them as evidence if needed.

I had a great experience shipping a bike from Boulder, CO to Corvallis, OR. Bikeflights offered a way for me to learn the shipping price before I was ready to ship, which was very helpful. The price is a lot less than working directly with FedEx or UPS.

Bikeflights directs the shipper to attach labels to specific places on the bike, as well as on the box, to ensure shipping accuracy and security.

No phone support, even when you call over and over during business hours, There are no people.

Submit an email and the auto response says two days to get a response.
If the location isn't in the systems form dropdown you're stuck. Might not get help for days

IN general WAY WAY harder than it needs to be.
They are just printing a UPS label and scheduling the pickup. So no support if issue with delivery once UPS picks up.

First,UPS,Didn’t Show Up for the Scheduled Pickup,Till the Following Day!!!
Then the Bike,Made it from Fla to Horsham PA and Then the Update’s,Stopped and We Got the Same Update for a Week that Stated,”The Shippment was ON its Way,But,Delayed!!! We Got this Same Update for a Week as the”Damaged”Bike and Destroyed Bike Box,Sat in the UPS Horsham PA Facility for 6 Day’s,with”NO”CURRENT Update’s as to the Bike’s Location,Except,that it was in Horsham PA.!!!
The Bike’s Recipient,My Sister,Tracked the Bike Down and Went and Picked it Up at the UPS Horsham PA Facility!!! The 2 UPS Worker’s,Put the Damaged Bike in Her Car,Which They Subsequently Scratched Her Car in the Process!!! Then,UPS said that it was Delivered By Them,Which was FALSE!!! Bike Flight’s,Paid for the Damage’s to the Bike,But,We were OUT,the Shipping Cost’s and the Bike Box that was Destroyed that Totaled $369!!! We also,had to Pay to Get the Estimate’s,which was Over a $100,for the Damage’s to the Bike,that Incurred,During Shipping and this Turned OUT to Be a Very Expensive Way to Ship a Bike!!! I also,Wouldn’t Recommend,Using the $130 Dollar,Bike Flight’s,Shipping Box as it’s NOT a GOOD WAY to SHHIP YOUR BIKE!!! The Bike Box is”HELD”Together,with 4,Round Plastic Pieces that HOLD the Layer’s of Cardboard Together and will LOOSEN UP During Shipping!!! So,if this Situation,Ever Arises Again,We will NOT,BE USING BIKE FLIGHT’S!!!

Getting my bike shipped went well through the portal. I had it shipped from bike shop to bike shop, and the process worked well. The surcharges feel like an over reach. However, the product shipped and got delivered as expected.

I wish it wasn't as expensive, but given the limited set of alternatives, I'm glad it is not more.
