Very easy to maneuver around in the app. Not confusing at all. Printed extra name tags for package on top of two UPS. labels. Great shipping fee. Very fast service but destination was only 2 states away, still 3 days at standard rate was excellent service. Will be my first go too service!

I spok to a woman from Bike Flights who was alert, attentive and very polite and kind. I believe she had a French accent but iI I could understand her. I was very pleased.

The bike arrived in good shape. I would have liked to have had text or email notifications about its status rather than having to check on my own.

It was a transparent experience. I however made an error. Tapped the item twice. Got billed $600 twice. I thought the system would catch it. It did not. Please DO refund the extra bill ASAP. Thanks! My bad.

I sold a MTB bike which required shipment across the USA. Bikefights made is easy with a custom box and discounted shipping rates.
I needed help with obtaining shipping documents due to the odd ship to address. Bikeflights staff was excellent and worked with the shipper to ensure everything went smoothly.

The address that I wanted to use was a legit address but the bike flights shipping form would not accept it and the person could not complete the transaction over the phone for me either.

We moved to another state. I left my road bike to a consignment store. They were unable to sell it. A friend dropped my bike at a bike shop who got it ready to ship. They recommended Bikeflights. It took me 5 minutes to book my shipment and it arrived as promised. Easy peasy lemon squeezie.

Everything went very well, except for the pick-up of my bike not being confirmed until a few days later. But that wasn’t Bikeflights’ fault. It was probably the truck driver’s. Communication from Bikeflight was excellent.
