Great rate, easy instructions and shipped on time

The shipping company (UPS) lost or stole my custom bicycle and it was never found. Bikeflights.com support was helpful in that they gave me a modest discount on a bike case and the shipping of the next bike. I would have rather received the first bike 10 months earlier and not lost thousands of dollars, but I think they made a decent effort at making up for it.

Everything as always is so simple and easy to ship

Much attention was paid to the shipping package size. I appreciate the effort to help me avoid potential up charge for an oversized package.

I use Bikeflights because it's easy. I can get a label in under 5min. There are UPS stores everywhere and once it's out of my hands I don't pay any mind to it until I get a notification that it's delivered.

Bikeflights is the easiest and least expensive ways to ship a bike.

Clear instructios - easy website to gewt information in. I had to fill out the to and from part a few times... i'm not sure why. it reads pretty intuitively but somehow I needed a few tries. Also i found the tracking package was more up to date on UPS site using tracking number. I did that because i had not gotten an update in 2 days. Overall a great experience and a great service

Price convenience

First time ever using it and it wasn’t too hard at all I knew the measurements to gather beforehand anyway, and just having the ability to print the shipping labels was lucky for me. Was told about Bike flights by a friend in the Bike business.

The price, ease of printing labels and regular updates along the road to delivery certainly deserves five stars. However, I rated 4 stars only because I had a little trouble working through all the steps to complete my order. You see, I use BikeFlights only about once a year and, frankly, I forget all the finer points of placing an order. If I were developing an app I’d test it on people (of a broad age range) who have never used it before and make changes where they get stuck or confused. Hard is simple, simple is hard.

Booking with bike flights was very quick and easy. Less then five minutes to input my information and print off a label.

Always easy to set up shipping at a great price. Nothing can touch this.

Too difficult and not expedient

The staff was very responsive and helpful in arranging my overseas shipment.

Online scheduling was good. But I was surprised after I completed it I was told I needed to send photos of me measuring the box. Also surprised I was later told I needed to include the entire box in those photos. Phone support was great tho and handled it well. But then surprised again that after I completed the purchase I was told I needed to place items inside the box! I'd already taped it shut. Not the end of the world but would have been better had I known that beforehand. All in all good experience, just a few tweaks to make it smoother

Very good service once I figured out the website

Price was amazing compared to simply walking into UPS or FedEx and printing the labels was very straight forward. UPS accpeted the bike in a EVOC bag no questions asked, great way to sell and ship a bike.

The bike arrived in time promised and in perfect condition.
