Missing website functionality
Your website allows me to save shipping boxes for no apparent reason as there is no way to link to the saved box when placing a new order

Thanks for the feedback! Saved boxes and cases can be used when placing a new order, but we understand that the connection between the two isn’t immediately obvious.
Once you’ve entered your shipping addresses, go to **Ship 1** and click the dropdown arrow. Your saved boxes and cases will appear there, allowing you to select the one you’ve previously saved.
We appreciate you pointing out that this could be clearer — we’ll share the feedback with our team to help make the process more intuitive.

Website clear and easy, UPS picked up at my door
The UPS dude came right to my door the next day. Sending this bike was a special gift to my hubby's best friend and your website asking dimensions etc was pretty easy to follow. A bicycle -experienced friend found a perfect box at a local bike shop, removed the front wheel and packed it for me making this a perfect experience. Thanks so much!

You never scheduled my bike to be…
You never scheduled my bike to be picked up and now I lost 3 days of transit time because it’s the weekend. The one thing your service offers, you failed at. On top of that, I can’t contact you on the weekend which is just a 2nd slap in the face. I could have done it myself with UPS, I thought you offered a service, not just charged people for other companies services. I called UPS and they can tell me much except to call you.

We did have a pickup scheduled for your shipment, but unfortunately UPS missed the scheduled pickup. We responded to your email on Saturday to let you know that we were rescheduling the pickup for 9/21. We understand that this still caused a significant delay and disruption to your plans, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Very easy
Very easy. It wasn't the least expensive option but very reasonable and included insurance. The only complaint I had was that I couldn't go back to see the instructions for what to do with the shipping labels once I clicked through to print them. There were some specific instructions about what to place inside the box and how and it would have been nice to review them once the labels were printed.

Reliability

twice now I have shipped a bike and they charge me more money a couple weeks later, claiming some BS.
I wont use them any longer.

Bike arrived late
Bike arrived late, with the box compromised, missing critical piece so that I could not use it for the Ironman race I shipped it for. Absolutely, gobsmackingly, terribly inconvenient considering I had to work out a replacement bike. I want my money back - you guys had to do the thing and you didn’t do the one thing.
