We received your request via facebook messenger twice, and on both occasions we asked you to please email orders@bikeinstyle.co.uk without you supplying us with a video and images of the issue we cannot reach out to our manufacturer for support.
Once again, please reach out to orders@bikeinstyle.co.uk with the concern, images, video and your order number. Once we receive this then we are able to reach out to our manufacturers for aftercare support.

Best Value for Money E-Bike
I've just finished building my first E-Bike purchased from Bike in Style. The packaging was badly damaged, but the Bike was OK.
Before I purchased the Himo C26, I tested other E-Bikes costing more than twice as much. I must say that I'm well impressed with the build Quality, Performance and finish of the paintwork. The item arrived on time, communication with BIS was first class but most importantly the product was as Stated.
Well done BIS! I have no problems with recommending this company.

I have been well impressed with the service given however the first bike sent out was two sizes to big the second bike arrived the following day which was well impressive.
My only complaint is that the sales staff are not totally offa with the workings of the bike.
The question no one seems to be able to answer is how do you change the settings from KPH to MPH yours in anticipation Brian
