Reilly are so easy to deal with. A replacement fork for my Reflex gravel bike was sent out to me in Spain. Problem solved, thanks to Anna and the guys.

The Reilly team built up a custom bike for me, based on a mix of parts I bought and they did. They were really helpful and knowledgeable when discussing spec and the build was to a high standard.

Does exactly what it should, excellent quality, looks great, good company to deal with. Well recommended.

They really know their stuff. Bike super smooth and comfortable over potholes and rutted tarmac. Always prompt in their responses to email. The bike is gorgeous.

The bike has been excellent. Managed several European trips on it including riding the length of the Rhine, the Rhone and the Danube, as well as Switzerland to the med. Bike has been comfortable throughout with no problems at all apart from a broken rear mech hanger after the bike fell over in high winds. New hanger obtained and fitted fine.

Now that I have been Audaxing for approx 3 years, I understand what I need from a bike. Buying a new bike, was made super-easy by Reilly as they understand the Audax and long distance cycling scene. Initially Ed and then Chris made sure we covered everything I needed to keep me on the bike. Having now had it 2 weeks, I covered more than 500 miles and love it even more!

Reilly Titanium are one of the best, if not the best, cycle companies I've dealt with over many year of bike riding. This was my first foray into the world of titanium frames, but I'm delighted with what is a stunning flat-bar bike which rides superbly. I was impressed at every stage from first enquiry to final delivery. The interest and enthusiasm for bike riding was immediately apparent with each member of staff being prompt and efficient with each enquiry, and very helpful with advice. Personal circumstances prevented collection so it was delivered at no extra charge - what a bonus! It was fully protected in transit with all exposed parts wrapped - brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The team at Reilly have been outstanding from the moment I initially contacted them right through design / custom anodising to after sales. Even gone above normal service and helped me source a 3d printed garmin radar mount.
To top this off the bike itself rides like nothing else out there. I’ve had many Titanium bikes dating back to the mid 90s.

I had a warranty claim, even after 5 years of use, Ed had no qualms about replacement. Had a little wait for the replacement but was given an option to upgrade, even threw in a set of carbon bars as a gesture of good will.

I bought a Titanium Gradient three years ago. Sadly, the frame cracked on the downtybe just above the bottom bracket. I contacted Reilly and they quickly sorted out a replacement frame under the lifetime warranty.
The bike itself is a real joy.
