I ordered a plate with a black border. It came without one. It took days to reply to my email. No answer on phone. They sent second plate after request. Didnt bother me.... until second had no border. Then it became frustrating. Got refund in the end.

Sent an email for update on order as paid for the premium delivery service, boom within minutes a reply, soon as emailed back to find out if it was coming and if not would like refund for the delivery, never replied and still haven't, will stick with show plates direct 👌

Took like 3 weeks to arrive. Paid for next day delivery. What a joke.

Yet another terrible review for this company, simply do not use them. paid £9.99 for delivery with the promise of being delivered within 48 hours. its been a week and nothing delivered. no communication, shocking.

Try getting orders correct, number plate was wrong, I emailed them and did get a response but now they are ignoring me...
Frauds!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! At best they are incompetent and useless at communication over email (no phone line and off shored) and at worst they are scamming every other customer by not posting their products. I've been waiting over 30 days and my order never arrived and no communication.

Delivery is not included but chargeable on top and for that there is no tracking number (how convenient for them!) so you can't trace your item. Having bought 3 plates from them in previous years the last one cracked in half after a light green lane ride (no jumps, crashes etc). Never left a bad review, appreciate things go wrong with the post etc but these people brought it on themselves and need to be closed down and stop running off with people's money.

This company is a fraud. They do not manufacture and dispatch the same day. They are based outside of the UK and therefore can never meet the next day delivery claim. Ghost you when you complain.

Easy to design on the website, and number arrived within a few days. Amazing quality and looks fantastic

Do not use this company, the plate arrived damaged and they don’t reply to emails. I’ve sent pictures and at least 10 follow up emails but no replacement plate has been received! Absolute joke of a company!

I purchased a number plate on the 21st and completed all required steps without delay. I also paid for additional services, including expedited delivery, in good faith that this would be reflected in the service provided.

As of today (the 4th), I have still not received my order. After sending multiple emails chasing an update, the only response I’ve received states that delivery will take 2–3 working days from dispatch — despite being informed that the item was dispatched over two weeks ago.

This level of service is unacceptable, particularly given the additional costs I paid for a faster turnaround.
I no longer wish to proceed with this order.
Keep the bloody money I'll go elsewhere.

I was annoyed that the headline price was £15 but by the time you go and checkout it grows to £26. (£5 for plastic nut and bolt and £6 for posting. Then after placing the order and credit card details taken, you are then informed that your order won’t be processed until they receive a copy of Driving licence and bike registration documents, which at that point in time I did not have in my possession. I wanted to cancel but no facility to do so. So I felt very much manipulated and entrapped. The number plate is fine, just not fitted yet.

Quick and easy order process and delivery. Plate came with a selection of screws and double sided tape so hopefully won't vibrate off bike this time.

Would not recommend. No communication and flag doesn't line up with letters.

Fantastic service, was delivered quickly and the plate is great quality too. Was kept informed throughout, can't fault at all.

Absolute disgrace. Ordered a bike plate, express delivery. Sent with Evri, which is the first mistake. Got to the delivery hub with Evri, out for delivery, gone. Will deliver it next day. That was on the 2nd. 3 emails to the company, not a single reply. Terrible service, terrible delivery.

Ordered 10 days ago, paid for priority/express delivery, and still haven't had my plates delivered. I contacted bikeplatesdirect 3 days ago, they said they would send the plates again, but had nothing yet.
