Absolutely awful experience with bikesbooking.com, from customer support to the actual "service" they provide.

We ordered 2x 125cc mopeds at 600 euro, the day before pickup they changed the location to a new rental company and sent an updated contract for the same scooters and the same price. No problem.

When we went to pickup the scooters, the rental company had told us that the price was too low, and that we needed to pay an additional 210 euro... Since it was so last minute we said yes, assuming bikesbooking.com would keep their word to "no hidden fees" and reimburse us. After speaking with an incredibly rude customer support person who reiterated "you should have just cancelled your reservation if you didnt want to pay the extra 210 euro" (after we payed them 90 euro already)...

Anyways... I would not reccomend this company and to just look for rental companies directly.

I really liked this service here, I rented a motorcycle for a few days and was very pleased with everything went without problems two and a small price for services I recommend this service to everyone

Questa è la mail che ho letto nel momento in cui il mio aereo è atterrato a Minorca. Sembra uno scherzo ma è vero, mi hanno lasciato a piedi senza tanti complimenti proprio il giorno in cui sono arrivato. Inutile dire che ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti ma assolutamente invano, in quanto non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta nè alle email che ho inviato, nè al numero di telefono che ho chiamato. Chiaramente sono in possesso della documentazione relativa alla riserva (fatta circa 10 giorni prima della partenza) con tanto di cauzione pagata (che a loro dire, un giorno mi verrà rimborsata).
Ebbene, siccome ritengo che questo comportamento non sia soltanto una mancanza di rispetto fatta da un servizio ben poco professionale, ma sia anche un chiaro inadempimento contrattuale idoneo a rovinare una vacanza, invito tutti coloro che hanno subito la stessa inaccettabile condotta di contattarmi, in quanto procederò ad agire legalmente contro la compagnia, sia per l'inadempimento contrattuale, che per il risarcimento del danno causatomi, comprensivo delle spese che ho dovuto sostenere per sopperire alle loro mancanze.

We booked a motocycle for a week in Greece, the morning in which the renter were supposed to bring the motorcycle to the hotel it was a no-show. When we called the rental third party he was constantly postoponing, saying "i'm 20-30-40 minutes away, i'm coming". This went on for 3 hours, then the guy (from rental company) started becoming offensive and rude, till he told us he wouldn't come.
In the end we had to find another motocycle (that btw, was even cheaper and higher quality).

When i contacted bikesbooking (the same morning) directly through their online form (they have no other mean) i had just no answer. So they kept the 30 euros of reservation without giving any support or never answering an email (there is no phone number o them, that should raise some questions).
Update: after this feedback on trustpilot, bikes booking suddenly, after more than 10 days, found the time to answer my original complaint and agreed to refund me the original reservation fee.
So it was not a scam, but I don't think it is acceptable in any case:
1. They should guarantee the quality of suppliers and ensure a vehicle would be available, otherwise there is no need of intermediation in first place
2. They don't provide any "direct access" customer service, just an online form that they ignored for 10 days

Attention grosse arnaque !!! Ne réservez pas sur ce site et ne vous fiez surtout pas au bons avis ( j ai moi même fait cette erreur) !!! J ai loué un tmax, personne ne m a répondu sur place même avant le départ !! Le service client n en parlons pas !! Il faut tout ré expliquer plusieurs fois, ils ne comprennent absolument rien et ne sont pas là pour vous aider au contraire !! Quand il s agit d encaisser la par contre c est autre chose !! J attend désormais le remboursement de mes frais ! Sans parler du fait que je me suis retrouvé sans véhicule et personne pour m aider, première réponse du site à 17h15 alors que mes mails datait de 9h !!!
FAITES ATTENTION ... !!!

I just had a very bad experience with Bikesbooking. They are unable to control deviations of their rental partners so this firm is completely useless. More than this if they control nothing, it’s more risky to go through Bikesbooking than to deal directly with the rental firm. I just rent a scooter through BikesBooking and this rental company clearly found another customer and canceled the contract with me, last minute.

I guess the rental companies when they are full booked cancel the contracts made through Bikesbooking as to increase their margin

I will never use again bikesbooking.com

They are polite and answer when you have issues but can't do anything because seems they have strictly no control on their rental partners

полностью доволен арендой. Нужен был мотоцикл для личных нужд. Был в хорошем состоянии (без вмятин и тд). Бензина много не ел, двигатель работал как часы. По цене она немного ниже среднего по рынку

Excellent rental of bicycles and motorcycles, it is clear that the equipment is monitored and cared for. Adequate rental prices.

Reservé para un domingo pagué la cuota de reserva y luego DESPUÉS DE PAGAR me dijeron que el domingo estaba cerrado que era imposible tener la moto y que no me devolvían el dinero. UN VERDADERO ROBO

I arrived with my voucher and the company told me that they had rejected the request because they didn’t have a moped available, but bikesbooking didn’t tell me this. I was unable to find another because they were all sold out and I can’t even get in touch with bikesbooking to get my deposit back!
EDIT: I did get my deposit back but it took over 2 weeks

Super Frechheit - habe am 21.06.21 2 Stück 125 er Roller auf Mallorca für den 03.08.21 - 12.08.21 angefragt, Verfügbarkeit bestätigt bekommen und gebucht / angezahlt. Heute am 29.07.21 also 5Tage vor der Reise / Abholung kommt die Email mit der Stornierung da angeblich keine Roller Verfügbar sind. Richtig großer Daumen nach unten !

Fantastic!! Highly recommend. Scooter was wonderful and in great working order. Shop owners were wonderfully pleasant and very helpful. They were also very fair and accommodating when I requested an extra day due to a flight cancellation. I will always rent with these folks !! Rent with confidence and peace of mind. 👍👍👍

Reservation for a quad got cancelled without any information to me. Never again.

I said earlier and repeat it here - I liked this service. No need to google or negotiate with the lessor myself. A huge base of scooters in the chosen city is gathered in one place with prices and additional costs. It is clear and convenient. In my case, it worked 100%, I will definitely try again.

I reserved a scooter with 50ccm in Palma. When i arrived to „mister scooter“ with my reservation,he didnt know anything about,he didnt had one and try to gave me a 125ccm scooter which i cant drive. I contact bikes booking and ask them whats going on,they contact the company and the owner told them,i want to give the scooter to my 14years old son,who doesnt even have a driving license. Which was completely not true. Bikes booking was not helping me at all.and we lost two days,taxi rides to find a new scooter to rent,which was also double price.
Never again with bikes booking

Everything was good, I've booked a quad bike on Santorini this August with BikesBooking company and everything went well, new quad bike, best price on the island, good service on arrival. I can recommend!!
