Очень сырой продукт на рынке аренды!
При бронировании все складно и привлекательно в описании. Но как выясняется далее в подразделах информация разнится (на разных языках) и какой из них верить не понятно!
После бронирования присылают ваучер в котором якобы есть вся актуальная информация по условиям оплаты и аренды. С удивлением обнаруживаешь что условия не соответствуют с ранее представленными. Вернуть бронь нельзя и при обращении в поддержку всячески этому препятствуют, ссылаясь на политику и актуальность информации в каком-то месте.

Der "Laden" ist in meinen Augen total unseriös. Ich hatte auf Mauritius Anfang Dezember 2019 zwei Motorroller / Scooter gebucht per email.
Diese wurden mir sofort schriftlich bestätigt, einschließlich Anlieferung in mein Hotel. Dafür hat man sofort 5,- Euro Gebührenvorschuss von meinem Konto abgebucht. 24 Std. später (1 Tag vor Anlieferung) erhielt ich per mail die Aussage, dass zum gewählten Zeitraum keine Scooter verfügbar seien. Auf meine Nachfrage, wie das zur erfolgten Bestätigung und dem vorliegenden Voucher zusammen passt, erhielt ich nur die lapidare gleiche Antwort: "sorry, no vacancies".
Das hatte zur Folge, dass ich für mein gebuchtes Event (15 km entfernt) einen anderen Anbieter über das Hotel buchen mußte für den doppelten Preis, da so kurzfristig kein anderer Anbieter Scooter liefern konnte.
Auf die versprochene Rückzahlung der abgebuchten 5,- Euro warte ich noch heute. Fazit: Nie wieder. Nicht zu empfehlen!

They are thiefs who lie to the customer

IWhen I requested a rental for a motorcycle in France they advised me they had what the motorcycle I had requested. Then they told me they didn't have the motorcycle in France and I had to go pick it up in Amsterdam. That would have cost me time and money being my first time to Europe so they cancelled my order for a rental and kept my $1000.00. they never told me I'd still be charged for this rental that they lied to me about. They are thieves as they keep telling me it's a non refundable fee even though it was Bikes booking.com that failed to provide me with my rental request for a motorcycle in France. Be careful.. they will tell you they have what you asked for when in fact it's a lie and then they steal your money.
In response to your reply.. I never made a reservation in Amsterdam. If I did by accident please provide me with proof. The only response I received from your company was the motorcycle was in Amsterdam. I explained my request was for Paris and could they deliver it please which they refused. I have all the emails to prove your company was wrong and thieves. See you in small claims court since you don't want to tell the truth or do the right thing.

Dear Felicia, thank you for your feedback, this is your second review, but we have already explained everything in our previous communication yesterday. You made a booking in Paris which we didn't confirm and your card was NOT charged. Then you made a second booking in Amsterdam which we have confirmed. A few days later you said that you want to cancel your booking in Amsterdam. We canceled your booking according to the cancellation policy (which is mentioned on our reservation and payment page). So there is no fault on our side - you made a booking and then asked us to cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.

Re Bikes Booking.com. A deposit of £229.79 was taken by the scooter hirer Alquiloscooter on August 16th 2019 the day the scooter was collected. The scooter was returned unmarked or undamaged to the hirer on August 19th 2019.
On October 7th I finally received a credit of £223.19 from Alquiloscooter into my account some 7 weeks later. I have no idea why there is a difference of £6.60 but I am not prepared to argue this point.

Totally disappointed

I rented two motorcycles for an upcoming trip to Italy.
Chose this website because of the "free cancellation" policy as my trip was not 100% certain.
When I found I had to cancel my trip and asked for the refund I was informed that they only refund the open amount. This is not correct as they ask for the full value of the rental up front! Will never use this service again. I cannot accept a company that wants to make money even when not providing anything. They took me €700 for no service!!! We asked to cancel the reservation one week before. #AC5CFAD8 & #0FFEE772

Absolutely avoid (leggere tutto!)

Il peggior servizio online mai provato. Prenoto uno scooter 125cc per Mykonos. Al termine della prenotazione, prendono la caparra di 22€. Mi arriva la conferma della prenotazione. Dopo qualche giorno con una mail mi richiedono copia della patente. La invio subito. Non ottenendo risposte per un paio di giorni, scrivo per avere conferma che tutto sia ok, mi rispondono che la prenotazione non puó essere confermata perchè la mia patente non è valida per la guida del 125cc in Grecia. Mi propongono quindi dei 50cc che costano molto più del 125cc. Chiedo di poter utilizzare l’acconto dato per la prenotazione di uno scooter, sempre sul loro sito, ma a costo più basso e mi rispondono che non è disponibile presso il concessionario (cosa assolutamente falsa considerando che dopo aver contattato il concessionario direttamente mi conferma la disponibilità e mi dice di non essere mai stato contattato da bikebooking!). Chiedo allora il rimborso della caparra e viene assolutamente negato perchè così previsto dalle loro politiche. Assolutamente da EVITARE!

AGGIORNAMENTO! 06/08/2019
Mi è stato chiesto di modificare la mia recensione, perchè a parere del team di bikesbooking non è del tutto veritiera.

E allora aggiungo che: è vero che nelle condizioni c’è scritto che non vengono rimborsati i soldi della caparra, ma te ne accorgi dopo aver stipulato l’ordine!
E siccome la caparra corrisponde al compenso che il sito si prende per il servizio, non essendo stato effettuato il servizio potevano tranquillamente rimborsarla!
La patente mi è stata richiesta successivamente alla prenotazione, e siccome in Italia la guida del 125cc (io ne possiedo uno!) è consentita, sarebbe logico che ci fosse un blocco prima della prenotazione, e non dopo, se in altri paesi le regole sono diverse! Del resto stiamo parlando di un sito online dove si noleggiano auto e moto, nelle impostazioni della schermata di noleggio si possono mettere facilmente dei blocchi!
È vero che mi è stato proposto un 50cc, ma il prezzo (120€ da pagare in loco oltre le 22€ già prese come commissione) era piú alto del prezzo per io 125cc che avevo prenotato. Le opzioni successive andavano dalle 90€ alle 115€ (caparra sempre esclusa!), mentre se facevo una richiesta nuova sul loro stesso sito, i prezzi oscillavano dalle 90€ alle 100€ per un 50cc 4tempi (Compreso caparra). A loro dire peró quello scooter non era disponibile per il noleggio nonostante il sito lo desse come acquistabile (ed è stato il momento in cui ho personalmente chiamato il noleggiatore che mi ha detto di avere disponibile lo scooter richiesto e che non erano mai stati contattati da bikesbooking per informazioni a riguardo!).
Da questo si evince quindi un’ulteriore mala fede: se sul sito è possibile noleggiare uno scooter non disponibile, quando ti comunicano di non averlo hai ormai pagato una caparra che non ti verrà mai restituita! Quindi ho ti accontenti dell’alternativa proposta (chiaramente più cara!) oppure ci perdi la caparra!
Forse adesso la situazione risulta più completa!

You didn't have a scooter (A1) drivers license - that's the reason of cancellation. We can't provide a scooter to the person without proper drivers license. Experiencia horrible.

Experiencia horrible. Hice una reserva hace dos días para alquilar una moto en Argostini, Kefalonia, pago doce euros por la reserva, me envían el voucher y hoy me dicen que lo sienten pero que no hay moto y que me devuelven los doce euros de la reserva. Me han hecho perder la oportunidad de buscar otras reservas en fechas tan complicadas como agosto. No les pongo cero estrellas porque no se puede.

Slow contact

Booked d a scooter through their website to pick up at 14:00.
My fault for not seeing that the place I was gonna get it from is closed at 13:00...who would think they close so early on a normal Sunday.
Got an e-mail from BB that the place is closes, so looked for a different place and e-mailed them back...
No answer for 3 days, so I send a message through their website contact... And then another, and another...
Then a message to their other e-mail.

No answer for 2 weeks now, a joke!

UPDATE:
They replied after 3 days through their contact e-mail.
No reply through website contact.
Review updated from 1 to 3 stars.

UPDATE2:
Booking successfully updated, I added 4th star to my review.

UPDATE3:
Both of my bookings with them went with no issues.
I can honestly recommend them!

Worst experience with BikesBooking

Booking #24315E24, contact req #400577, #749714. We faced problem on 29Jun due to their team and rental station's mistake. BikesBooking and rental station are blaming each other, my money is stuck and am not getting refund. This is my worst booking experience.

* I shared my license and my current address with BikesBooking.
* BikesBooking shared half info with rental station based on which they confirmed I can rent vehicle
* Police fined because required license was not there
* Rental station and BikesBooking are blaming each other, I am the only one who took financial loss when it's not my mistake
* Refusing to refund, giving same excuses for over 2 weeks now

* Post incident, rental station blamed you for not sharing current location

I always communicated with you for booking, only contacted rental station to collect vehicle. In this situation, it was your responsibility to sort this out. We have been through this many times.

You returned 48.60 after multiple arguments, which is only 7.5% of total amount which should have been refunded.

A booked a 100cc motorbike

A booked a 100cc motorbike, just to find out I could not drive it with B license.
Although Cancel within 24hr refused to refund the booking fee.
Awful experience.
No support at all! Never use bikebooking.com again! Stay away from this agency!

So far so good

So far so good. I have received a quad bike in good condition, almost new, service was ok. I have paid as it was agreed in my voucher, so there were no problems on arrival. My deposit was refunded quickly, rental company said it will take up to 21 days, but in 8 days it was already back on my card.

Terrible service

I ordered a bike through these guys well in advance of a booked holiday. Then less than 2 weeks before I was due to receive the bike they e-mailed me to advise that this bike was not in stock but they had a similar bike they could provide me with. You may think well done Bikesbooking but in fact they had the cheek to ask me for more money for this.
Just to check their story I went to their website to see what would happen if I tried again to book a bike and surprise surprise the same bike I had booked was listed but at a higher price than I'd paid.
They either have dreadful customer service or they are essentially using the old "bait and switch" tactic (which is illegal but I don't know which country these guys operate out of) to get more money from customers who will suddenly have less available options due to the proximity to them needing the rental bike.

Personally I'd rather walk everywhere than line the pockets of this kind of "business".

Edit to reply to their reply for clarity and potential future customers.
I am fully aware that Bikesbooking is an intermediary, using that as an excuse is very poor form. While some things are out of their control this does not affect how they deal with it when something like this happens, that is 100% within their control.
To also suggest they do not confirm reservations after I received an e-mail from them following my order that states "Your reservation is confirmed" and then "You have successfully booked a "insert model here"" is laughable.

To suggest that I did not loose (sic) anything is also patently untrue, there is no way to get back the time that I spent on this process. I used an intermediary precisely so that I had some come back if there were any issues with the booking but as it happens they want to take the arrangement fee and then wash their hands if any issue arises (apart from trying to re-book a bike, I wonder if I'd have had an e-mail offering a refund if they'd found one cheaper elsewhere?).
I also now have to spend more than I'd budgeted for my bike which at this stage is not welcomed.

They also replied to this negative review before replying to my private e-mail which was sent some hours prior.

Make up your own minds about these guys but if 1/4 of all reviews are 1 star then I'd suggest that there is something very off with this company and how it conducts it's business.

Further Edit: They have now tried to have my review removed by complaining about some of the language used which I have changed. Think very carefully before using this company.

There was no intention to ask higher price for this booking, we just offered an alternative vehicle which was available. If you choose not to rent an alternative - you will receive a full refund, so you do not loose anything.
