La mia esperienza quasi incredibile

La mia esperienza è quasi incredibile. Prenoto per Roma dal 3 aprile e pago l'acconto. Mi arriva il voucher sul quale è scritto che il mercoledì il noleggiatore è chiuso. Il 3 aprile è mercoledì!! Scrivo immediatamente solo per vedermi rispondere che l'acconto non è rimborsabile e che sul loro sito c'era scritto che il mercoledì il noleggiatore è chiuso. In effetti è vero. C'è scritto sulla pagina di conferma del pagamento e, se non lo vedi, loro si prendono i soldi per una giornata della quale nessuno potrà usufruire. Veramente incredibile.
UPDATE
La situazione è stata risolta con il cambio della prenotazione presso altro fornitore ad un prezzo superiore. Il servizio clienti è stato decisamente d'aiuto ma il problema di permettere la prenotazione in un giorno in cui è impossibile usufruirne è un problema informatico non da poco.

Sono andata a ritirare lo scooter prenotato e non era disponibile!
Non ho più parole!
UPDATE 3
Un upgrade deve essere offerto, non imposto. Girare a Roma con un vespino è quanto di più scomodo si possa immaginare data la consizione del fondo stradale. Comunque, BikesBooking ha promesso il rimborso della caparra per cui, da parte loro, si sono comportati correttamente.

Cara Elena, grazie per la tua recensione. Tuttavia, tu dici che lo scooter non era disponibile. In realtà non è vero, la società di noleggio ti ha offerto un altro modello allo stesso prezzo (Vespa 50cc invece di Piaggio Liberty 50cc), ma hai rifiutato questa alternativa. Se la società di noleggio sta cambiando un modello di scooter, non può essere un motivo per fornire una valutazione a 1 stella per il nostro servizio, poiché si tratta di una decisione della società di noleggio. Grazie per la vostra comprensione.

Friendly helpful guys

Friendly helpful guys, easy to arrange pick up and drop off. I hired a 500 Bullet for 8 days, covered 1,400 klm, The bike was well serviced/maintained and never missed a beat.
Got some helpful hints from the guys before heading off, which meant a lot as was my first time riding in India. {won't be the last}

I just wanted to share my experience with BikesBooking renting 2 bikes in Sri Lanka. Easy and fast booking process, got voucher to my e-mail right after the reservation. Customer Support Team also helped us with obtaining the Driving Permit in advance and organized the delivery and collection of the bikes at our hotel. They were really helpful and answered all our questions before we made the reservation. Bikes were in perfect condition, really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you so much for making it possible! Falsches Versprechen von BikesBooking mit Roller-Anlieferung zum Hotel

ich habe einen Roller über BikesBooking gemietet, vom 16.2.-26.2.19 in Benidorm: Booking confirmation #6E531C0E. Hierbei wurde mir die kostenlose Anlieferung zum Hotel und auch wieder Rückgabe vom Hotel angeboten, daher habe ich gebucht.Leider wurde mir nach der Buchung dann mitgeteilt, daß eine Anlieferung nicht möglich sei und ich den Roller selber abholen sollte, 6,8 km entfernt von meinem Hotel. Auf meine Beschwerde hin, daß mir die Anlieferung ausdrücklich angeboten wurde, wurde mit empfohlen, mit einem Taxi hinzufahren oder öffentliche Verkehsmittel zu suchen, über die beigefügte Google Maps Karte findet man das schon. D.h. das Angebot war nicht korrekt, das empfinde ich als unseriös. Mit der Vermietungsfirma Fine Rent a car war ich sehr zufrieden.

Rückmeldung von BikesBooking: Sie stornierten nicht die Anlieferung im Hotel, der Vermieter konnte die Anlieferung kurzfristig nicht organisieren. Ausserdem gibt es die Anlieferung nur auf Nachfrage.

Meine Antwort:
Das Angebot und der frühestmögliche Termin war von BikesBooking, nicht vom Vermieter des Rollers. Man kann nur anbieten, was man auch liefern kann. Es gab keinen Hinweis darauf, dass man die Anlieferung im Hotel nochmals anfragen muss oder es eventuell zu kurzfristig war. Ausserdem fragte ich nochmals nach wegen der Hotel-Anlieferung, allerdings ohne Antwort. Für die Rückgabe bei meinem Hotel hätte man 10 Tage Zeit gehabt, aber auch hier musste ich den Roller wieder selbst vorbeibringen. Wenn die Anlieferung im Hotel unsicher ist, dann sollte man das im Angebot auch erwähnen.

Unfortunately, this booking was made only one day in advance, so rental company 'Fine rent a car' was not able to organize a free delivery service to your hotel since all delivery agents were already busy and they asked you to come to their office to receive a vehicle. We do not think it is correct to give 1 star for our service since we did our best to offer the best price and availability of the new scooter in good condition for you. Our main aim is to provide good scooters for rent. We do not decide if hotel delivery is possible or not - only rental company decide if delivery is possible. If the rental company didn't deliver a scooter to the hotel for free - it can't be a reason to give 1 star for our booking service. The service from Bikes Booking was…

The service from Bikes Booking was through the line good. The supplier (in Naples) was ok but instead of navigation not easy to find🤔. The bike was not really new🤔 (big scratches on the cylinders - not very unusual for a twin boxer, but...) The top cases were pretty used and not always smooth in handling. The bike stoos in the sun (38* C!) when I picked it up’(1 Meter behind there was space inough in the shade🤔🙄 I had to adapt the tire pressure after a short trip🤔. The suppliers personal didn’t speak englisch and didn’t know much about the bike (BMW 1200 GS), the vehicle’s driving papers were supposed to be under the seat, after dparture I checked and they weren’t.
At the end many things to rectify in Details, but I think I would do it again (ich was at Naples🤔🙄😂) so Bike’s Booking did the best possible😂

Compagnia inaffidabile

Ho provato due volte a prenotare in due località' diverse uno scooter in entrambi i casi mi hanno prelevato l'acconto e dato conferma della prenotazione. Successivamente ho ricevuto la stessa email dicendo che le compagnie non avevano aggiornato il sito e lo scooter non era disponibile. Strano che in due località' diverse abbia ottenuto lo stesso risultato....
A tutt'oggi ancora non ho ricevuto indietro i Soldi dell'acconto

When I booked the scooter I was told a security lock and a top box would be provided only to find out the rental company does not supply these and I was told bikesbooking had made up these items that the specific rental company never claimed to supply ... not happy.

Non-professional service and bad experience

Non-professional service and bad customer service. They canceled my reservation two days before the delivery, and instead of proposing another solution they asked me (paying) to book another scooter with a bigger capacity and for which a specific license was required. Each portal is responsible for the services it offers, and is required to offer a real solution, instead they try to defraud the customer.
Non-compelling answers and continuous excuses, this is not service, this is not professionalism

I love their support

I love their support! i had a problem with my quad bike and they helped me to contact the provider, so he came in a few minutes and solved the issue with my bike. Very efficient!

Disappointed - 30+% overpriced, unreasonably formal approach.

Disappointed. So convenient web site, but so overpriced and so unprofessional service.

They gave me the price 30+% higher than renting directly from the owner. With paid drop-off/pick-up which turned out to be free when you book from the owner.

Their support is only email-based and quite slow. The worst thing is - they refuse to refund the pre-payment excusing themselves with their formal policies and offering that I send the 'the voucher from local rental company' to get their 'price match guarantee' .

Seriously? So you guys want me to book from the owner, send you the papers and then say "Mr Owner, thank you, please cancel because I booked just to get 'price match guarantee' from BikesBooking"? You're so funny :))))

Avoid booking through them, they just don't deserve it. Contact owner directly instead.

Cancellation policy is clearly described on the booking page and in your Voucher. We are sorry that you didn't read it before booking. Small online prepayment is not refundable, however, you was never charged a full rental price.

Regarding the incorrect prices, seems that rental company have added higher prices to the system - we will investigate the case and will force the rental company to lower their prices, because we always offer the best prices and they are always similar to the prices of rental companies.
