The staff member Pierre, was extremely helpful as I had no idea on what type of helmet I was going to need for my type of riding as I'm a new rider, he made sure the helmets fitted correctly and comfortably. nothing was too big of a question for him and he made me feel comfortable and made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped thought the door, i walked way happy with my purchase, So a big shout out to all the guys that work at bike stop thank you, 100% will recommend bike stop to any friend or family member.

Martin Short was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable whilst advising on my new helmet purchase. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to find the right fit and the right price!

Martin dealt promptly with my email enquiry (out of hours) and Pierre spent time helping me a week later, when I dropped into the shop, to try the Klim Marakesh Mesh Jacket and Klim Zephyr windproof. I also added the Dainese Level 3 jeans to the pile, after comparing the quality of others. Very happy but much poorer after my experience. After a recent visit to a well known motorcycle gear shop in MK, the whole BikeStop team is a joy to deal with...and they serve a wicked coffee! Thanks everyone. Paul at YarroMoto.

I was looking at the different helmets not knowing which brand to go for. Pierre looked after me and explained the different helmet models, and brands. Helped with making sure it fitted correctly and was comfortable. His knowledge is impressive. He was also able to assist with a communication set for the chosen helmet and was kind enough to fit it and pair it with my phone. Great service from a great shop. Have been buying my helmets fro you for over a decade

Popped in to bike stop to have a quick look around, ended up staying for food and drink and on recommendation from Pierre, I bought some fabulous boots. Service was attentive and friendly. Will return soon

I’ve found Bike Stop and particularly Pierre, just awesome! I popped in to check out some riding jeans and after a huge amount of help from Pierre I left very happy with a pair of Resurgence jeans. Thanks for the suggestion and all your help!

I was served by Pierre, but received help from multiple members of the team at Bike Stop, happy to be making sure that I got exactly what I needed without pushing to get something I didn't need, especially when I was looking at helmets; they allowed me to try on different ones to make sure I got the best fit, which was very helpful of them. More importantly they were happy to engage in conversation to make you feel welcome there, and not just another customer.

I visited my local Bike Stop expecting to be laughed out the front door with my queries regarding body protection. However, quite the opposite happened. Pierre welcomed me in with a smile and showed me a range of products perfect for what I had planned to use them for. He even took the time to assist with adjustments and showing how easy it swap out different specs of protection. Pierre was never pushy and offered space and time for me to deliberate before I chose to make the purchase.

Thanks Pierre, with your help I had walked out having had a personable, no strings attached encounter that ultimately led me to making a purchase. Keep your eyes peeled for the back of my head ;)
