Still not received my order but been sent a reminder for feedback so here’s my feedback…. but where is my order?

Poor poor customer service I placed an order on 23rd May, tracking says its was delivered but it has not.

After multiple emails and attempts to contact customer service the response is a standard automated email which still takes days to arrive.

As a loyal in store and online customer for many years it’s very disappointing. Poor show Billabong.

Hopefully I will either get my order or my money back soon.

Goods not arrived and customer service not replying

You take to long to deliver anything and with the lack of communication

Order was shipped billabong. I tracked more order with DPD and was showing as out for delivery for three days over the expected arrival date.

I contacted DPD and they told me as, as there is no 1st line of address on the parcel they can’t deliver and I have to contact billabong.

I have sent various emails to them and have had no reply!!

They have taken my money, I haven’t received my order and I can’t get hold of anyone!!!

Amazing service 🤬 - Avoid!

My order was split into 2 orders I assume from item location. Received the first one via royal mail. Second one with DPD tracking which states it's been delivered but I have not received the item. I have tried to contact customer service and still waiting for a reply.
Bought these items for my holiday and looks like I'm not going to receive the second part of my order before I go... Or at all.

Absolutely no idea where my order is, or of irs status. Zero customer service so far.

Order lost, no reply from anyone, tried several times ... would never order from you again ... pretty rubbish

I'm still waiting for an order from over a month ago and getting no feedback and delivery time

Poor delivery time. Took 2 weeks to ship.

You don't respond personally to issues but happy to take my money. Where is my parcel?

Disorganised and no way of contacted the customer service in any meaningful way

Delivery was very slow with no updates. Over two weeks, i think 5days was stated .. customer service interaction was clunky

14 days for delivery is shocking

Waste of time company. Dont reply to emails, just send generic replies and don’t do what you ask them to.

Utter rubbish.

Items not yet received

I do not have a printer for their return label, and I have asked them three times to please send me the postal address to return the item myself instead. The first time I asked I got an illogical reply that didn’t answer my question adequately. The next time I emailed them and got radio silence. Then, I they sent me their feedback questionaire to rate my experience, so I asked again there and, again, nothing. I’ve had some poor online shopping experience before, but to be ignored like this is a truly disappointing first !

Received wrong item, reached out to customer service via an online form they want you to use(no phone number)and 4 days later still nothing and now it’s the weekend. Terrible customer service, if you order something, prey they get it wright.

Cotton Twill Cargo Shorts - Terrible quality - cotton twill very poor quality and the stitching is all over the place - production has moved to China and it shows in the quality!!

I've been buying these shorts for years and the quality has deteriorated dramatically.
