Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en snelle verzending van mijn E-step. Ik werd steeds prima geïnformeerd als ik vragen had.
Ik ben algemeen zeer tevreden over mijn aankoop (enkele maanden geleden) Ik gebruik mijn E-step bijna dagelijks en wil niets anders meer. De Segway-Ninebot ZT3 PRO | 1600w 46.8v heeft grotere wielen en vering vooraan/achteraan, dit is zeer fijn om mee te rijden. Het is ook veiliger om mee te rijden op een ruwer wegdek, gewoon meer comfort. De E-step heeft een felle acceleratie en dat is in het begin wel even wennen, anderzijds vind ik dat een pluspunt omdat je zo kortstondig en veilig kan inhalen indien nodig. De display is zeer goed te lezen overdag, grote weergaven van de snelheid. Schijfremmen zijn top, deze E-step staat ook onmiddellijk stil bij een noodstop. Verlichting voor en achter zijn zeer goed, tal van mogelijkheden in de app om het voertuig naar persoonlijke behoefte in te stellen. Opgelet bij dit type model geeft de X-led aan de voorkant geen licht maar is een fantasie plastiek chrome look element. Op AliExpress heb ik een echte X led verlichting gekocht en via een externe batterij gevoed. Concreet, gewoon de beste E-step die ik al gehad heb en naar mijn inziens prijs/kwaliteit de beste.
I am very satisfied with my purchase (a few months ago) I use my E-step almost daily and do not want anything else. The Segway-Ninebot ZT3 PRO | 1600w 46.8v has larger wheels and front / rear suspension, which is very nice to ride with. It is also safer to ride on a rougher road surface, simply more comfort. The E-step has a strong acceleration and that takes some getting used to at first, on the other hand I think that is a plus because you can overtake briefly and safely if necessary. The display is very easy to read during the day, large speed displays. Disc brakes are great, this E-step also stops immediately in an emergency stop. Front and rear lighting are very good, numerous options in the app to set the vehicle to personal needs. Please note that with this type of model, the X-led at the front does not provide light but is a plastic chrome looking fantasy element. On AliExpress I bought a real X LED light and powered it via an external battery. In short, simply the best e-scooter I've ever owned and, in my opinion, the best value for money.
Surfboard repair at Billy shop in Brussels
This is an honest and factual review about a surfboard repair at the shop Billy.be in Ixelles.
When I found this shop, I was happy that living in Brussels, I was able to buy surf gear, which I did, preparing for a surtrip to a wave pool.
Everything went super well and fine with purchases, pick-ups, and delivery, especially with a surfboard.
The surfboard got damaged in the trip and I contacted the shop and they said it was possible to repair it. I took the board in the boardbag, explained it, and showed the damage, I was given a 3 to 4 weeks time for the repairs (vacation period was nearing) and repair budget of 45€. I agreed. This was 19 February. Time went by, and there was some silence. I contacted the shop and was told that there were issues and they had to find a new repair person who was now in Antwerp. Time went by, and 3 months later, I was finally contacted and went to pick up my board.
I went to the shop, and an extremely bad patch and badly sanded was applied on what should have been repaired. The most surprising was that the responsible person said they did not have my boardbag (note: this was on the signed form at the delivery). Luckily, an employee confirmed that I delivered everything, and after a few minutes, they found it (in the kitchen!). For all this, I was charged 110€.
This part is not factual but emotional: extremely bad service and I felt I was being completely robbed and lucky that I could have my board (which I am not sure that it is actually fixed) and boardbag back.
This situation more than angry makes me extremely sad.
The person that was charging me this abusive amount even said things like: "if you want, we can take it back to repair again", "the repair person is extremely good he works with industrial polymers", "I had to take the board in my own car to Antwerp", "I know you even said in the form that you left the boardbag, but I don't have it".
Being again honest and factual: If I had to switch roles and be in that person's shoes, I would have said: "I can't not charge you for this bad work", "please accept a repair kit as an excuse for all this time", "I do not know where the boardbag is, but please give me some more time to find it, if I can't we will give you a new one"
Again the shop provided a good service in selling the equipment, but I can not recommend it for anything else.

Bientôt 1an qu’ils m’ont fidélisé, les réparations sont nickel, rapide, et surtout les prix sont corrects. On est pas volé . J’ai 2 trott toujours au top grâce à eux. Un merci particulier en Jo et à son équipe .

Een super aanbieding via instagram, deze kan ik niet laten lopen.
Ik wilde bestellen, maar mevrouw wist in de ochtend niet of er nog drie invulboeken voorradig zijn. Ze zou er in de avond op terug komen, maar nu om 21.21 nog steeds geen reactie. Heel jammer, want de webshop ziet er top uit. Toch zou ik nu niet zo snel iets bestellen, mede door de late/geen reactie op de b-keuze boeken.

Surfboard order to Germany
I ordered a surfboard to Germany, due to delivery problems the package was reported lost to the shipping company after 3 weeks of waiting. Furthermore, I had to wait another week to get my money back. The communication on the part of Billy was very poor and I myself had to search for contact to get information about the delivery and finally get my money back.
