Prior to buying this I saw some decent reviews but god how inaccurate they were. I brought 2 lots of the flavour bundle, so I recieved 2 sachets of each flavour type. While the flavours were tasty, the jerky itself was inedible. It was the toughest Jerky I have ever had and actually painful to eat/chew. I have never had to chew something so much in my life.

I made sure to open all 6 of one set (so 1 of each flavour) and each one was as tough as the other. Upon further review, I noted other people have said similar things.

I reached out to Billy Franks via their contact us on the website and they have made no attempt to communicate or rectify the issue.

As such, I cannot recommend this at all! Try another brand instead.

£3.79 for 30g teriyaki jerky from a premium garden centre and it's so dry and chewy it's inedible. 2 pieces and straight in the bin. No taste and hugely disappointing.
Do not waste your money!

Dry as a leather boot. Some apparently like that, but definitely not for me.

I subbed for all six flavours. Could have sworn I set it to monthly, but by the time the first batch arrived I had an email stating the second batch was dispatched.

I'm just getting started on my jerky journey and had tried jack links beforehand. I thought THAT was bad, but this is worse. It's just so chewy. The flavour only lasts about 10 seconds and then you just have a chewy bit of sweet rump in your mouth for 5 minutes... I don't know what cut it is exactly, BUT you wouldn't go to a steak restaurant and order rump. That's what it feels like. Terrible.

AVOID! Unless you really like to chew things out.

After reading the reviws i was really looking forward to my 6 pk of jerky but the sad truth is that it was very dry and also tiny pieces like crmbled bits unlike the nice strips in the video , great shame

Their jerky is the best I've ever had. I cannot stomach the overly sweet, sugary jerky in supermarkets so I was happy when I stumbled upon Billy Franks. Now I can get my protein fix with out all the filler, sugar and nasties. My favourite is the Buffalo Hot Wing Turkey Jerky.
